Location was perfect for a trip to The Falls. Breakfast was yummy and right on time. The dining room table was set so pretty. I especially loved the muffins. The owner and the woman who attended to us were so friendly! And our room was o lovely....with everything we might need!

The toilet handle was very hard to push in. When you pushed the push button, the whole toilet moved! TV was small

Loved the historic house, walking distance to the hub (Clifton, Lundy and/or the falls) but beautifully peaceful and safe residential area. Bed was especially cosy! Fresh baked muffins at breakfast and cooked to order hot breakfast (pictured)

The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was parking available. The breakfast was delicious each morning. The location was close enough to the falls without being in the middle of the busy area. The owner gave great recommendations on what to do during our stay, especially on rainy days.

Room: Was a little smaller than expected (Queen room with jacuzzi, also called The Niagara Room). Door locks needs to be upgraded to higher quality. The walkway to dining room is a little narrow, but this is not a major drawback at all. Breakfast: Could have sausages also everyday. Of two breakfasts, one did not have sausage. A different variety like scrambled eggs also could be tried. By saying so, I am no way taking credit from them as the food which was served was totally yum and filling

Room: Comfortable bed, good heating, jacuzzi tub was amazing-so relaxing after a full day tour. High speed Wifi. Ambience & Location: 10-15 minutes walk to the falls. Within 20 mins walk to Clifton hill. Good location. Breakfast: Hot breakfast which was very nice. One cup fruit salad, one cup orange juice, one muffin, one main course having sausage, bread & egg and a fruit was what was served to us. Tea and coffee facilities are also available in the dining room. Mila was a super host during breakfast and if you needed anything

Not that they can control it but the floors are extremely creeky. Hard not to disturb the other person when getting up in the night. Also I did not realize that you had to remove your shoes on the way in. I have foot problems and this caused me discomfort not to have shoes on.

The room and bathtub were very nice The bed was comfortable and I really liked the electric fireplace.

Breakfast times and that jacuzzi could not be used past 11pm. Otherwise no complaints whatsoever! We will be return customers!! Or maybe try them one of the other location next times. aWe chose a bad time of year to come so, that is our fault!!! We really had a wonderful time

The morning hot and cold breakfast with coffee was very welcomed!!! The times for serving were a little early for our taste but, otherwise the food was served promptly with some extra additions of homemade muffins! Bed- super comfortable and after a nice jacuzzi, We both slept soundly and comfortably! We used the jacuzzi 3 times over the 2 nights there. Cleanliness- wonderful quiet? absolutely with only one other company staying with us in the house. Location is perfect! Wish it had been warmer so, we could have walked around a little more!

Mila served us breakfast she was exceptional so sweet, breakfast was excellent. We had the niagara room it was small we found the bed was small I think its a double.Room was very clean. Mila made our day such a very sweet woman. Next time I would just ask fir a bigger room with a king size bed.

Everything is lovely and exceeds expectations. For example, there are many little extras you don't always find such as kleenex, a corkscrew and access to a microwave. As well as big pluses such as an electric fireplace, 4 poster bed, delicious breakfast and jacuzzi tub.

Unique comes with stairs though not too demanding.

Comfortable bed. Very clean. Unique furnishings. Full bathroom, nice bathtub and shower, well stocked. Breakfast was great with lots of discussion around the table and with the host. Breakfast times vary based on the guests choice. Nice residential neighborhood.

There was a fair amount of dust on the antiques and picture frames and mirrors. The floor was also in need of a swiffering, which I did. I am very sensitive though, so other people might not have even noticed

Would have liked a pot of tea for the room but there was a microwave and frig down the hall.

Loved the Victorian ambiance and decorating!! The breakfast was wonderful. We had a jacuzzi and it was fantastic!!
