Parking was not included in the room booking, and it was quite expensive to park overnight. The parking cost was not indicated in the listing

Service was good and friendly, they were willing to hold on to our luggage for a few hours after checkout. Also my credit card was double charged during my booking, but when I realised and contacted them they were quick to refund me.

No jacuzzi on first floor, tub had dirt ring. Smell in room. No Coffee maker. Tv stations glitched pretty bad. Pay 10 dollars plus tax for parking.

Comfortable beds.accomodated lower floor .Young lady that checked us in was polite and gave us kettle and cups when we asked.Mini fridge cold and microwave available. Ac worked fine.Could do with some updates but good value for a short stay.

Nothing against the staff, as the lady at the desk did her job and was willing to help, but this was an emergency stay for me and the fact that, when I booked this online, I decided to opt for the 'pay at check in' option, instead of the pay now, I was required to pay a $200 cash damage deposit, upon personally checking in. The reason given for this was because I only had a debit card at hand and i was told that their machine did not allow a debit card to be used as a form of pay for a deposit. As stated, this was an emergency stay and due to circumstances I did not have any credit card or form of ID on me, which made it very difficult to obtain a room. It should be a standard that debit cards are accepted as all forms of pay at any hotel, since it is directly withdrawn from one's account. The fact that it was already late, I did not have the financial means to stay at a pricey hotel for just a bed to sleep in, and that there were very few options for something reasonable, caused some major anxiety and stress, which I really did not need on top of the circumstances.

The lady at the front desk was courteous and willing to help, and was, after some checking, able to provide a room.

The heat did not work properly, so we were freezing the first night. The staff were nice and brought a heater To try to help.

The room was neat and clean. The customer service was very good. When I asked for a stove and some extra cloth hangers, the staff provided them without any hesitation. Good value for the money we pay.

The duvet for the bed were a bit old and firmer pillows would be better. Also we would suggest to have a small coffee maker in maker in the room and a rubber mat inside the room so when you enter room with snowy shoes you can take them off and place them in there, that floor gets very slippery when wet.

The space of the room was very nice, we also liked the fact the electric kettle, and microwave. The TV package in our room # 201 was great, we could watch nexflix movies that night of our stay.

room was a bit outdated; the bed wasnt the most comfy. the room smelled like bleach (not a bad a thing for cleanliness), but the smell can be nauseating/headache inducing for some. id suggest airing out the room for awhile after cleaning.

They charge an extra $10 for night parking. So it is better to get a good deal with other hotels compared to motel. Eg. If u paying 54 +10= 64 , put $6 more and book with a nice hotel. Next time, I will book wirh hotel compared to the motel that charges u extra, just like hidden costs.

the carpet outside the rooms was dirty and has very poor maintenance the cigarette smell outside is disgusting the dirty couch inside the room. the price was a elevated for this kind of hotel and breakfast weren't included

Tatty decoration. Not good for public transport traveller as long walk to nearest convenience store to get milk, food for breakfast, etc.

Located within easy walking of the conference centre and several restaurants. Wifi good. Bed comfortable, plumbing worked, kettle and fridge provided.
