The heating was hard to control either on or off. Hot or cold. We managed to get the fireplace to a comfortable temp and asked for an extra blanket.

I liked the staff he was very accomidating. The jacuzzi bath was awesome and relaxing

We felt the furniture was a little too homely and could be updated as to reduce the shock of your first impression. It could cause people to exit before giving it all a try. Such things as the quality and size of towels can be updated. The beds need a thicker comforter with duvet covers for winter season. A throw on end of bed would add value. MAIN ISSUE, since it's a walk-in unit from outside, the hardwood and tile floors need to be mopped regularly after each use. The jacuzzi creates wet floors, so dirt shows up more on the bottom of your feet after walking across it. There needs to be a blush or rubber mat for jacuzzi steps and a hand rail to step out or into it. Tiles are slippery. Instructions to use radiator, heater dial, jacuzzi tube and TV should be placed in each room. Information or maps would be added convenience touch. It would also be nice if owner could recapture the early 70's Inn appeal with the decor. Making it an intended look.

The owner was there all the time or 9 minutes away. We called on him quite often as to figure out how to operate a few items and he was aways available to assist. Also he was very pleasant in good spirits. It is an older building, but he keeps it quite clean considering your first impression of the exterior. The jacuzzi and gas fireplace worked making the room cozy during our winter -21 degrees nights. The blackout curtains worked better than our stay the Monte Carlo or Oaks Hotel. Shower water was aways hot even after several fills in the jacuzzi and the pressure was balanced with each flush of the toliet. Our microwave and fridge was large enough for our meals and drinks. The beds had a semi firm mattress for my King's back. I always bring my own pillow though. A simple request and we got freshly washed towels the next morning. Location is perfectly off main attractions. Quiter area and parking on site so add $10 to price for each overnight. You do hear a little noise from adjacent rooms, but not loud or ongoing. It was worth the price.

The bed was very uncomfortable and sagging in the middle. The parking lot was very small. The jacuzzi tub was smaller than expected.

Room was smaller then I expected and the room could use some updating.

Loved the hot tub and the manager/ staff was really nice and accommodating. Honestly the staff made our stay worth it! Any questions we had he was really nice and made us feel comfortable. Wish i could remember his name.

Since it's located along the road, we can hear the vehicles passing by even late at night. Over the weekend, the place is also usually booked so we could hear hush conversations of guests who would gather in the porch. The internet connection was also quite unstable during our stay.

It feels like home. We can cook and do things we'd like to do without disturbance or intrusion. We had privacy. The manager & staff were also friendly and accommodating.

the smell is disgusting, and the one-way mirror window in the bathroom is shredded. People might see the people in the bathroom. The door of the room seems shredded. No double lock. The security deposit takes too long to transfer, until now it didn't transfer
