No coffee in the room is disappointing, with no free coffee offered in the lobby etc. Teas were also $3 a pop which feels very cheap from them when this clearly an expensive hotel.

Very stylish and trendy hotel. Really comfortable beds and a lovely view of the dog park across the road. This hotel just oozes cool. Really fantastic rooftop bar too! Great location for exploring Toronto with lots of cool bars/ restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The room is so well decorated. Love the guitar (almost go buy one). The shower supplements are all made from the hotel itself, the smell is so good. The bar at night is a must try, food is so great! (although a bit louder than we expcted, it is ok) Really good experience.

Originally on the fourth floor and could hear the dogs from the dog park across the street but asked to move to a higher floor and was accommodated.

The design and decor was not only beautiful it was also practical for the room to be quiet and the neighbors not audible. Great music all around the hotel. Wonderful in room service and an excellent bar and restaurant within the Hotel.

The gym us very small and not very functional

Need full length mirror in the room. Only small mirror in bathroom. Also poor layout of bathroom and dark, need better lighting in bathroom for doing makeup.

Super crazy loud music when checking in. Couldn’t hear the staff. We were shouting over the music. Can’t be good for their hearing.

The cafe downstairs is always filled with remote workers and there was no room to grab a coffee on all 3 days we were there! Quite disappointing but not the end of the world.

Hot water was a bit lacking -- there was hot water, but then it would cool off a bit and I'd have to turn it up. I was on the 13th floor and the thumping bass wasn't ideal. Was only some songs ... (I was warned about potential noise , but it was the only room that was available for early checkin, so I can't really complain....)

I was very unwell upon arrival and the hotel accommodated me by allowing me to check in several hours early. I was so desperate to have a shower and get in bed, so I could not have been more appreciative.

Stunning modern property, very hip design with super cool musical touches like the radio playing jazz when I walked in and a guitar in the room! The room was spacious and so comfortable with city views, free WiFi, fully stocked bar and fridge, close to Queen street, 2 bars and a restaurant on site.

The reception and reception staff. Completely indifferent. The bathroom/ shower setup. The fact that we looked forward to enjoying the rooftop cocktail bar, but were told it was closed without notice

The restaurant was a little 'over the top' for my liking. Our fellow diners seemed very 'fashionable' ... and a little 'full of themselves! Food was ok but not great for the price. A place to be seen I think!

The 'scandi' wooden design aspects of the hotel give a fresh and unique ambience. The location was great for sightseeing whilst being in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff were all excellent.

The room was super cozy and felt like our very own luxe apartment! There were lots of amenities and food onsite, so it was a proper staycation.

Rooms are a bit dated and you can hear all the noise coming from the hallway. We couldn't hear noise from outside but it was annoying every time guests would come out of the elevator having a conversation.

Very well located hotel in downtown Toronto. It is close to several nice restaurants and bars and at walkable (15 min) distance to most attractions. Hotel lobby as well as the rooftop bar have an amazing atmosphere. Service is outstanding. Bedding linens are pure cotton comfort.
