There weren’t many outlets and they were all loose so you can’t move the cord or it will fall out of the wall, but they do work. The WiFi is not very fast and sometimes will discount.

If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap and you won’t be spending much time in the room (which is what we wanted) then this is perfect. It was clean and beds were comfortable enough. The hotel is very close to Niagara Falls and all the attractions on the CA side. Also very close to many fast food/convenience stores.

It's old and not super clean. It can also be noisy (I guess walls are thin).

It's a good value for money. The beds are big and comfortable. It's close to the Niagara Falls (you can go walking).

Only one passkey per room. No ice machine. No drinking glasses in room. Only two towels per room- no extra towel to put on bathroom floor when taking a shower. Only one single hanging hook on the back of the room's door - so nowhere else at all to hang any clothes.

The place was clean. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was decent. Bathroom was decent. Our corner room had a window in the bathroom. Located in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance of the tourist area.

Wasn’t the cleanest room but considering the price and the fact that it’s a motel it’s pretty standard.

Great location. Not far from the falls and the casino. There’s definitely a party vibe in the area. Bars and restaurants close by. The A/C worked well. The staff was cool and the price was worth it. Definitely would come back.

Out dated bathroom. No box of kleenex. Bought my own. Toilet paper was 1 roll for weekend. Chair in room was dirty. Curtains didn't quite fit windows. Dust was found on cabinet in room. No coffee maker in room. And if the coffee was from the office, they weren't open at 8 am and when I signed in at office it smelled, garbage can was loaded, dusty, and God knows how long the coffee was in the pot.

Beds were comfortable but have had better. Pillows sucked. Water was hot for showers. Good location to what I went there to see.

Very dated motel. No phone in room, difficult to open room door from outside (“key” was a piece of plastic with holes and you had to time it a certain way in order to unlock and open the door), instructions written in marker on inside of door advising to pull up lever to open it. Bathroom very dated (1970s) with green tile around sink and flowered beige around tub. Looked like mold in the tile grout. Found a sock under the electric baseboard heater. Advised when booking that stairs were difficult and they replied we would have a ground floor room…not available when we arrived and ended up having to use stairs to second floor.

Location (on Lundy’s Lane), availability and pricing were the reasons why we stayed at Advance Inn. The floor in the room was nice. Room was tidy. Beds were comfortable. Had cable tv and wi-fi.
