I have been going to this motel for a few years now, they do a good job. Staff are easy to talk to, location is on the north end of Red Deer, 15 mins from my location I attend.

I didn’t like that our card stop working on the 3 night, and when coming back to the desk office the night shift guy made the whole reception room smell like sweat. Also I would suggest to put instructions on how to turn on the wall mounted flat heater. As it was our first time seeing that type of heater.

Not enough lighting in my room. Breakfast could have been better by having more options available. Could have used an air freshener, a smoke smell from other rooms and outside, lingered into my room.

The Queen bed was super comfortable and clean. The TV was good and had the channels I was looking for. The bath/shower water was warm and I had no issues.

The only complaint, and it is not a deal breaker, I would have is the noise. I was on the ground floor, and the floor above my room was very creeky when the people moved around.

Good value as it is an older hotel. The staff was friendly. The rooms are pretty basic and clean. The bed was fairly comfortable but the pillows were pretty firm. Overall, a descent place.

There was a leaky faucet in the bathroom so my partner could hear it drip all night and he didn't like this. He would have wanted more of a selection than basic cable on the television. It was tricky to put on the heater.

The restaurant and location was close by. I enjoyed the Cheerios and the banana. It had what I needed. It was a quiet place which was nice. The lighting was adequate. The restaurant opens early enough. There's a variety of food.

The bed was like sleeping in a hammock and there was only two pillows. The worst thing was the lack of towels and the quality of towels. There were only two thin bath towels and two thin hand towels.

The breakfast was minimal, but I didn't expect any more. The location was good. The neighbours in other rooms were quiet - mind you it was Christmas Eve.

There was a bench right behind my window, people like benches and laud talking and laughing there even late in the night. It was extremely cold in the ground floor suite when I entered, almost like outside. There were a couple of hairs from the previous guests around the bath tub.

Suites are just by the parking spots, no carts needed to transfer the stuff over long hallways, nothing like that. The duvet was really warm and a comfy bed..

This is an OLD Inn. Everything in the room needs to be upgraded. We had to ask for the coffee & kettle that was advertised as in room. We received very old models of both & then needed to ask for an extension cord to plug these in. The kettle did not work. The water for showering was luke warm. The bedding was ancient & the pillows were awful. The electrical plug ins were crazy. I was concerned about it being a fire hazard.

The location is good, right off the main road through town. The girl on the front desk was very helpful. The beds were reasonably comfortable. The tv was good.

Moe attention to booking.com/online request would have been nice before check-in but I can live with accomodation after booking. Minimum standards were met.

Great continental breakfast and open early, 0530, good motel for worker/morning people👍😉😁. Helpful front desk, meet our needs at a budget price!

The bathroom was not 100% clean and the room was a bit dark.

The location is great! The breakfast is enough to fill us in the morning. Perfect for families. A lot of space in the parking area. There are stores in the parking which helped a lot. The price was really good for a 2br.

The breakfast room was a little to chilly to sit to long and enjoy the breakfast .. it was a quick event . The choice of TV. Channels .. there wasn't a real selection .. if you didn't watch the news .
