We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United Statesthe warnings of locking your car were there, and noted, however we forgot once, and the car had things stolen from it. it was an inconvenience and could of been worse but one mistake and a loss really sucks for a Christmas present

Have always enjoyed staying at the WT. Love the big outdoor hot tub, which we had to ourselves this time. Have a Casey's on site so you don't have to leave the building. Close to shops and GoodLife Fitness. We will always stay here when in the Sault.

CanadaService was horrible on Casey's restaurant side. 30 minutes to get a drink and order food. 1 hour and 45 mins by the time I got the bill. Service was fantastic on the bar side. Will only go there now.

Service in the restaurant was good. When we booked the room was told there would be no extta charge for the dog however upon check in was told it was 30. My son had a booked pet stay for his dog however cancelled because was told by Sami or Sam previously at front desk because it was a pet friendly room there was no charge.??? He canceled pet stay only to find out there was a charge.

CanadaThe rooms are clean and comfortable but outdated. They haven’t been renovated in years. It’s definitely time for a refresh. There is also only one old elevator.
The pools are awesome, it’s great to get in a horrible after a long drive. Having Casey’s and Starbucks onsite is really handy.

CanadaThere was no restaurant which served breakfast only a bar and grill which opened at 4:00 pm. We had a room on the ground floor which overlooked the hot tub. There was a bench against our window. We were not in the room much so didn't really bother us but people were already in the spa early and talking loudly.

CanadaOn my arrival we realized I had booked for the wrong dates and had actually should have checked in the night before. I was traveling alone with 5 grandkids!! and had been on the road for 2 days already. Bennie at the front desk went well above her duties to help me keep a grip on my mental state and found rooms for us. She is a priceless gem at this location and I hope is rewarded accordingly.
