We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThere was a gurgling sound in the bath tub drain a few times that sounded as though it was going to back up and flood when you used the sink in the kitchenette. or the suite next door used theirs. The walls are thin so you could hear everything the next suite was doing or saying.
The little kitchen in the room was nice.

CanadaThe parking lot next to the office is impinged by the angle of the office protruding into the centre of it. It is not that easy to park a large 3/4 ton or 1 ton truck. Larger vehicles should park behind the motel. Also, although the room had a standard “keyed” deadbolt, the room had no security chain on the inside of the door. Lastly, there is no microwave in the room which is usually standard in most places these days.
The room was very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The TV was modern with good channel selection.

CanadaAs a small motel owned and operated by one person, the fact that no-body can be at work 24 hours a day, every day, must be taken into account. I was not able to check in when I arrived before 5 p.m., which was unexpected but understandable. If this doesn't bother you, you'll be fine, but if you need a 24-your (or even 12-hour) reception desk open, you should look elsewhere.
This is an older property that has been carefully and expertly updated, and is maintained in superb condition.
