Parking was tight and good luck if you have big car.

The location was great. Close to the grocery and a few cafe restaurants downstairs. The hot tub was awesome.

More hooks in the rooms for hanging clothes to dry. This is a ski town and things get damp!

The door to my washroom was broken (the hinge was not functioning). As well, for the price charged, I was disappointed that I had to take my garbage/recycling to the parking level. Would have appreciated just being able to leave it in the room in a garbage bag upon checkout.

    Good location. Nice sized rooms.

I had an adjoining door to the next door Luckily the person kept the same hours but I could hear everything.

The location is good for the free bus to the slopes and to the supermarket and restaurant. The bed was comfortable. Whistler accommodation prices are now extortionate. I won’t be coming back.

We stayed at 301 and the pull out bed was terrible. It made so much noise it was difficult to sleep. The owner of that room should definitely consider getting a new one. I also felt like the gym could have been open earlier, especially since it’s not managed.

The hot tub, swimming pool and gym were great. Parking was additional but not too expensive. Front staff were helpful. The room was well equipped and clean.

The room was nine and could be of sufficient size for two of us, but it was not too big when we use pullout bed.

Location was great. Heated pool was a excellent addition to our stay. We had spacious balcony and it was nice to to have a dinner there.

the main bed in the room was fairly small. The “anti party” messaging and policies were a little out of hand. We were not there to party and get loud, but by 9 pm the staff was coming out and “shushing” us hanging out in the pool. there was merely laughter and conversations going on. be cautious if you have a voice that carries, or like to laugh with your company.

property was nice. room had great amenities. location was great.

Our 2nd visit within a month was not what we'd expected-the arrangement in room 210 was a little odd with a rather dated fold up bed with a fold down table underneath. The chairs and cupboard doors were looking a bit worn and the TV only had cable-not Netflix. There was a jacuzzi bath, but it didn't work. Both rooms were classed by Booking .com as 'Deluxe Queen Studio' and yet they were not of the same standard which was disappointing. My advice would be to get a new sofa bed and upgrade the TV and cooker in room 210. We now know that the apartments are owned separately- a bit like timeshare- and so the standard of the room seems to be set by individual owners rather than Alpenglow. Perhaps this should be made clearer on Booking.com.

Our first visit in room 206 was great-the apartment was well kept, modern and everything worked well. The TV and cooker were modern and the TV had Netflix. The swimming pool, gym and guest laundry were great.
