Nothing per se. Downtown Ottawa has few amenities in the weekend. Perhaps hotel could have provided more assistance there but that is not really their fault.

Room layout. Minimalist. Clean clean. Want to avoid hotel bugs. Having. The Goat cafe or coffee is an excellent idea given the lack good coffee places close by and available eateries.

Very clean and great interior design. Our room was just the right size and cleverly designed. The staff were great and the lobby was a nice place to be.

Despite having individual temperature controls for the room the room temperature would never go below 22C. Parking is available in an above-ground garage across the street but be aware that it is NOT secure, and on the day I left someone had their vehicle broken into.

Excellent location. Rooms are very clean, stylish "loft" design, and recently renovated/constructed (almost appear brand new).

* The view from the window was okay but far from great, even after explicitly stating that I preferred a decent view. * Room didn’t have a bathtub; definitely neither a huge deal nor anything I looked for when ordering, but a plus if it is there, which it wasn’t.

* Personal at check-in got the hint when I told them that I only used initials for my first name, because Germany doesn’t have a self-ID law and did not misgender me. * Position was great * Room and bathroom were pretty okay. * Room had a table and chairs

Staff was so nice. My daughter got food poisoning at a local restaurant. The room staff, Andrea, went out of her way to help us, bringing extra supplies and ginger ale. The front desk made a little care package for her.

The personal was pleasantly friendly and welcoming. Linens and towels were clean. The property is practical for a short stay and is centrally located.

If you are coming by car, note that you will need to pay for the car park in front of the hotel even at weekend. It was advertised as being free somewhere on weekends, but this is not correct.

Duvet on the bed was too hot. We turned down the A/C as low as it would go but we were still too hot. Made for a very bad nights sleep.

The air conditioning unit in our room was noticeably loud, which was a bit disruptive, especially during the night. Additionally, the bathroom door was designed like a saloon door, which meant it couldn't be locked and lacked sound isolation. This design choice, while unique, didn't offer much in terms of privacy and noise control.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the smart design of the rooms. Every aspect of the room was thoughtfully laid out, maximizing comfort and functionality in an aesthetically pleasing way. It was evident that great care was taken in the design to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for guests. The staff at the hotel is great. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond by allowing us to check in earlier than the stated time, which was a great convenience. They were attentive and helpful throughout our stay, promptly assisting us with various requests.

The curtains didn't close completely, it would've been nice if they did to provide added privacy at night. Other than this, everything else was good and I enjoyed my stay.

The room was very clean and had a nice view of downtown Ottawa. I stayed for three days and the cleaning staff was prompt in cleaning the room once. There was also a closet where I could store my clothes in.

The only issue we found was with the shower. The shower has a very long spout at the bottom by your feet. We hit the back of our heels on a few times while showering. This happens because the rainhead isn’t far enough out from the wall so you have to stand very close to the spout. It hurts when you hit that.

The hotel allowed us to check in 2.5 hours early with no issues. The check-in/check-out staff were very friendly. There is no parking at the hotel specifically but there is a public parking garage across the street. Just be aware that you have to enter and exit the parking garage from one street over from the hotel. The hotel and room were pristinely clean. We had A/C on overnight and it worked well. The bed was also comfortable. There is a smart TV that you can cast your phone to if you’re connected to wifi so we could watch our Netflix shows. Love that! You also have to use your room key to make the lights work to make things more energy efficient. Very cool.
