The fan in the room wasn’t very good . Switched rooms and wasn’t much better Need something for white noise in there or you won’t sleep with the sirens and noise/ The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were about 2 feet high..neck killer to say the least. Unreal for 2024 for pillows to be like that for $300 a night. Room and bathroom cleaning wasn’t very thorough either. Have to say something or it won’t get better. One last thing nice coffee maker and no water. Called down to front desk and they said use tap water. Who drinks tap water???

Tried something different for staying downtown. Close to restaurants and so forth. Liked the Gym wasn’t to bad. Didn’t realize how many sirens and how loud it would be . My fault was thinking about that.

They weren’t flexible when I needed to check out a day earlier and was still charged the full stay even though I left a day early. The front reception wasn’t helpful in that regard when we checked in. The beds are tiny and the room lighting was bad.

Great for going to an event across the street at Canada Life Center. Staff were friendly and hotel has two restaurants and a Tim Hortons attached.

No real complaints--heard a bit more street noise than I would have liked, but you are right downtown.

I really liked this hotel. It had this very hygge/Nordic style. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-designed. The staff was lovely, too.

I was looking forward to a bath, no tub. Called a Superior Queen suite, but only a small double bed. No microwave in room. Restaurant door was locked so we had to go outside to access, in the winter! Restaurant was basically a bar. Only a coat closet for storage, no dressers.

the weird chair was cool ... the mini fridge should be higher off the floor... the shower was amazing ...tv should be upgraded to a larger size ... but really no complaints from us !!! why must I keep going ??????????????????

The room was super small / tiny even. The bathroom was smartly renovated. Closet space was creatively designed. And I had a fridge ! very hard to get to but it was there ! In short, a person could not stay here more that 1-2 nights as the rooms are so small.

The hotel lobby was modernly designed and provided a great atmosphere to enjoy. I am so happy my room had a fridge.

The hard plastic desk chair and the vertically-curved-back (too curved) armchair, the only seating in the room, were relatively uncomfortable to sit on, at least for any extended period. No drawer storage at all, only a small closet. No microwave oven.

I appreciated the hotel's modern aesthetic. The hotel location was very convenient for my reason to visit Winnipeg on this particular occasion. The bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was exceptional.

There is no possibility of breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant, i.e. there is no option of bed and breakfast, half board or full board, depending on who wants what. WA

The hotel is in a good location, right in the center. The room is neat and clean.
