Nothing really. The breakfast was great, I would have preferred to have been asked if I like what was on offer. I’m not a huge fan of eggs. Perfect for those that do.

What a great B&B we stayed here for two weeks at the end of August. Kevin and Anna have such a fantastic place nothing was too much trouble, would definitely stay here again, and the breakfast was perfect didn't need to eat again till the evening. 😀

Kevin and Anna are extremely nice and welcoming. The rooms are clean and cozy. The B&B is located walking distance from most main attractions. And the breakfast provided is fantastic and more than enough.

Easy walking distance to the falls, hosts were attentive yet unobtrusive. Incredibly clean house. Nicely appointed lounging area with coffee, tea and a microwave. Breakfast was plentiful and first rate. Good parking which is a bonus this close to the Falls and attractions.

The green room was a little on the small size but had all the accomadations needed and we out on the town most of the time and only needed a comfortable bed to sleep with a good breakfast which it was.

Anna and Kevin were accommodating with three days of different excellent meals for breakfast along with fresh fruit, home cooked blueberry muffins or croissant.

Kevin and Anna were fabulous hosts. They keep their home very clean. The breakfasts were delicious. I stayed in the yellow room, which was very comfortable. I also enjoyed having coffee, tea, and water available. There is a seating area outside and a living room for guests to use. Ambiance by the Falls is on a quiet street within walking distance of the Falls. Thanks for letting me leave my bag after check out time. I recommend staying here.

I liked location, location and also Kevin & Ann are nice persons. I was leaving every day early morning and Kevin as helping me to prepare sandwich on my way out. It was nice gesture. Every major attraction is in walking distance. Easy to get in and out from house, parking is big enough, breakfast was nice.

Bathroom a bit small. I am a big guy with arthritis throughout and a bad back but hey ho you don't spend all day in the Bathroom!!

Not a dislike, but an older home with bedrooms on second floor. Stairs to second floor, but good lighting, well maintained and they had new carpet and banisters.

Clean, comfortable, walking distance to falls. Only three room so limited noise and no crowd. Friendly, helpful owners on site. Wonderful breakfasts with variety. Lots of attention to detail to make it a good experience. Would recommend

Nothing to report. Good value for money compared to the 4* hotels we were perusing which were astonomicl and a much more personal experience than we would have had at a hotel, sharing breakfast with other travellers.

Cute house with homely feel, classical furniture, vey clean, very friendly and helpful owner. Good security. was clean and bed very comfy, shower must have direct line to Niagara Falls, pressure was amazing! As others have said, breakfast was OUTSTANDING! Granola, yoghurt and fruit with homemade muffins, large cooked breakfast, fresh coffee and juice, croissants, it was amazing both days we were there and kept us going until evening. Sharing breakfasat with other couple staying was a wonderful opportunity to chat and find out about their own countries and travelling experience, we shared lots of stories, it was fun. It is at north end of where most of the water activity is but there is a hop on hop off bus alongside the falls and river which was only $16 for 2 days and there is a stop at the bottom of the hill, about 7-8mins walk from house. We used this extensively (green line stops outside Bird Sanctuary) to get to both north and south to our activiites.

This place is great for couples. The room is very cozy just perfect for a couple. I had the most comfortable bed ever at this place. As well as the pillows. Room was very clean. The host cooked a very delicious breakfast! Walk distance to the fall is around 10 -15 minutes.

There appeared to be a mix up or double booking on our reservation but they had a room for us. The only concern was that we didn't think the lock on our room was secure as their was not deadbolt.
