After an incident with an outside patron, while returning to our room from the water park facility, the management had my family moved to an upgraded room within 4 minutes and then proceeded to lock down the entire facility to outside patrons. At 50$ per person entry fees to the water park, I know this decision came with cost. Management knew about our incident before I approached the front desk. They are 100% the safest child friendly facility I have ever encountered tested. I have stayed I. Hotels all across Ontario, Winnipeg, New Brunswick, and Cape Breton. In todays society there was no price worthy of the efforts made by Jennifer, Manager on site. I cannot rave enough.

Light switches and shower curtains were a little dirty upon arrival. Very loud at night time you can hear everyone running through the halls or on the floor above you.

The room size was perfect for a family of four. We did not feel overcrowded.

The waterpark looked way bigger in the pictures. The showers in the change room didn't work properly - one wouldn't stay on and one wouldn't shut off. The arcade was a disappointment. Over half of the games were out of order. Just lots of maintenance issues. The on site restaurant should offer a lite breakfast option as well as the buffet.

There was a hockey team staying at same time. The teenage boys were very rude and intrusive both at the waterpark and arcade. The parents were very loud and drunk in the hallways till wee hours of the morning. People should not be allowed to act that way.

The arcade was disappointing. Not much of it was actually functional when we were there.

We liked the convenience of having our room so close to the water park and the Boston Pizza restaurant.

Pricing seems a bit steep, and same at the breakfast cafe located inside.

In the arcade, a few machines were broken and not labeled as such, and my young kids didn't appreciate how sometimes they wasted Coins on machines that didn't work. Mattress Destroyed my back. 2 trips to the chiropractor, more than likely will only stay one night rather than two due to that! One week later I can almost walk normally again!

Our room was dirty with food on the ground when we arrived Also lots of condensation on windows and walls A lot of the arcade games were not working The oasis bar was soooooo slow 15-20 min for 2 drinks and there was only 2 people ahead of me Also not overly happy with price of buffet breakfast bar

The water park and activities were all great ! Boston pizza was the most impressive

The whole family enjoy the family suite with the bunk beds. The water slides kept them busy for 2 days.

Only a shampoo and body wash dispenser is installed beside the shower. There is no conditioner or lotion provided. The bed was too soft. The parking charge was not mentioned up front. When I signed the initial paper, there wasn't any parking fee mentioned.

The location has a waterpark, so it is great to take kids to enjoy some water fun.
