I called at 11 to ask for early check in as I was playing golf in the afternoon. Brooke took my call and said my room was still not clean but took my cell and said she would call when it was ready. She called me at 12:30 and said I could check in. Awesome customer service.

Tv Garbled and cut out at two or three times in 10 minutes. I assume it’s delivered over the Internet … a system we have at home which is mediocre at best.

Breakfast was OK but would like to have had more choice in the simple breakfast. I like oatmeal and toast but I gathered from the menu it was either or ….a 2nd cup of coffee would’ve been nice as well.

Tea and coffee facilities in room would be much better. Couldn't make a hot cup of tea in the foyer area.

Breakfast was good and included in the price. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom spotlessly clean. Everything was brand new.

I like the location of this hotel, it is easy to get to right off the highway, I love the fact hat there is a restaurant right in the building. Their menu has a good selection, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room and bathroom very clean. Love staying here.

The hotel is about 2 yrs old but looked absolutely brand new. Rooms were clean and super comfortable. Bathrooms are a generous size. There is complimentary coffee and muffins in the lobby. Breakfast vouchers for the restaurant attached to the hotel were included for a hot made to order breakfast or a grab and go option. Staff is friendly. The location is great for a pitstop in NB, close to the highway. Check out Potato World- the museum dedicated to potatoes right next door while you are here.

The Amsterdam Inn was a very welcome sight after long rainy day of driving. The hotel looked fresh, modern and we were very happy with our spacious and comfortable room. The hotel was clean and the staff very accommodating and helpful. We were grateful for the tasty to-go breakfast and coffee options in the morning needing to make an early start.

The breakfast was wonderful! Home-made bread for the win served in a lovely restaurant. Choices of what to eat, all.complimentary with your stay. The rooms were clean and expansive. The gym had lots of equipment and private! I loved that the rooms for dog owners have a door that goes directly outside as well.....

There was nothing that we did not like about this hotel and restaurant.

The location is right off the highway less than 1 km and easy to access, large parking lot and a very nice clean hotel. We were very happy with the size of our room, a king bed and a full sized sofa and desk. The room was very clean as were the hallways. The bed was comfortable and the linens of good quality. We were greeted on arrival by a friendly front desk clerk, it was 840 in the evening and when we asked if the restaurant was open she suggested they might be able to do take out as they closed at 9. We went to see if they could provide a take out order and Lorraine said come on in and eat here. We did and had an excellent meal, Caesar salad and seared scallops with roasted red pepper linguini, it exceeded our expectations. Lorraine was welcoming and even assisted my husband in selecting a local draft beer. The breakfast offered in the morning was also very good and provided some good options if you want to change from the standard breakfast. We will always make this our stop between Ontario and PEI

The room is well sound proofed but the doors aren't sealed so it makes for a bit of sound and light bleed.

Clean room, great staff. Just off the highway for a convenient stop on a long commute. Complimentary breakfast to go was good for me to get going in the morning.

Our only complaint was that the air conditioning in the the dining room was MUCH TOO COLD. We mentioned this to both the head waitress and to the font desk. It seems to have been a longstanding problem. We urge you to fix it !!!

We had a very good dinner with friendly service - breakfast was also good with helpful service.
