One of the employees was driving around very fast/aggressively on a golf cart across the play area for children . That same employee also had two children that he was not supervising and they wouldn't let other children play on the play structure. I had to speak to them several times about keeping out of my children's personal space and eventually we just left. Wifi was terrible and didn't work for most of the time. Parking was very small and cramped, it was hard to fit our vehicle in one spot and be able to unload our children. It serves its purpose for this visit but we will book elsewhere next time.

The price (even though it was the lowest there was) for the room was crazy. The tap dripped and was so hard to turn on and off, the wifi didn’t work, the floor strips were coming off the floor and we kept putting into place, the outside light didn’t work, the bathroom light worked when it wanted to work. Not that it’s a big deal but everything was unplugged when we went in and we had to go around and plug everything In. The pool was very dirty, and the hot tub wasn’t hot, and wasn’t clean. We didn’t spend much time in the room but when we did it wasn’t very enjoyable. $150 a night for what we got I thought there would have been better everything. We got what we paid for, but I wouldn’t pay over $60 for that room. The staff were very polite and very eager to clean and give us towels. We are pretty easy going. But I hope the owner will give this place some more attention to detail.

I liked the staff who were so nice and helpful. The sheets were nice.

Site said fully renovated, but it was not. Had brand new flooring in the room, bur not in the bathroom area. New shower, but old shower head and the toilet was not sturdy. Bathroom was clean but a little moldy in certain areas. Did find a small ball of hair behind of the nightstand where we plugged our phone

The sofa was fake leather and was peeling off severely. The blackout curtains were peeling as well. I did not realize the deck and bbq were shared. The cottage was directly between the motel structure and not really separate.

Was extremely pricy for four days. $2400 was way to much. Parking out back was extremely tight as there was a cottage beside us and the ppl staying there got quite upset when we parked in our designated parking spot, they hardly had any room to get out.

Liked the fact there was a pool, laundry facility and bbq’s.

Didn't use the pool and deck looked too old, play structure was fun but more repairs are urgently needed, e.g the metal links to hang the swing are pulled open (probably some heavy adults).

2bd appt was clean and good sized, kitchen has everything.. back facing LMM park so quiet. main bathroom look new and shower spacious. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

The carpet was musky and smelled up the whole room . There were bugs in the room . A lot of them . Slept with all the lights on. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. We had to buy a mattress topper to put on it . Plus air freshener and bug spray .

The room we stayed was not cleaned at all. Spiderweb filled the Air conditioner and also the lights. The AC I believe had never been cleaned, called reception twice for it to be cleaned was never done!

One room we had was small (3 people in this one); needed renovation; very small/basic bathroom; not enough floor space for luggage. Overall - the place is great but needs some renovation still on some rooms. Second room had been renovated and was large, clean and comfortable. As it's a motel, cars are parked in front of rooms so a bit of a shame as it would be a nice view 9 (of lawn) to sit there on the chairs (which are provided) if the cars were not there. BUT we had a great stay, met some interesting people and it suited our needs.

Location was great if you want to visit the Anne of Green Gables sites and Cavendish beach. Right opposite LM Montgomery resting place and near Montgomery park; easy walking distance to Green Gables Heritage site; walking distance to beach and 3 mins from national park/beach area; next to a Tim Horton's (!); parking; friendly reception. Swimming pool was nice to have but needs some work. Good grassy area with bbq and two tables - very handy for picnics. Friendly as easy to chat to other guests.
