The place was dirty. I had to clean the floors and asked them to vacuum under the beds. The bathroom smelled moldy. And the mirror was all streaky. They did come to clean mirror and vacuums floors. And there were stains on all the towels and one of the blankets and the bedspreads. This whole place needs a Reno. Hasn’t been renovated since the 80’s. I would never stay here again. Oh and the bugs too. Earwigs and beetles and flies. No thank you. The hairdryer didn’t work. There was no coffee in the room. Find another place to stay.

we were originally booked into a first floor unit but husband has mobility issues so changed to ground floor unit. When booking make sure you stipulate that you want ground floor especially as we had lots of luggage as we were travelling for a month

There were a lot of bugs such as earwigs and beetle bugs. It could definitely use an exterminator.

There were several bugs crawling around(like hard shell ants). Not sure what they're called but staff did their best with traps. Seemed to be attracted to humidity. But more this year than last year.

Location was close to all attractions. Impressed with staff accomodating my scent sensitivities with linens etc.

Mattress seemed a little old and the sheets were stained. Towels and facecloths were also stained. Honestly, you get what you pay for and those are minor issues for me. My only genuine concern was that the window over the balcony didn't lock at all - the frame didn't allow the lock to even align. Anyone could have come onto the deck, popped the screen off and lifted the window. Traveling as two young adult females, it was a little unnerving.

Location was perfect, staff were very friendly, pool was a nice added feature even though we didn't use it.

There were earwigs everywhere in our room. Also in the adjoining rooms and everyone we asked that was on the same side as us had a lot of earwigs. When we called the desk they said “yeah they are bad this year” . We had 4 guests and only three towels. The parking spaces are not very good, the space beside us had no room to park the second night because someone didn’t park on a slant. They came to our room to get our car moved, and when we moved they still had no room to get in

The 'heated' pool was cold, the hot tub was on the fritz, the air conditioner didn't work, our room was damp feeling and there was a soft damp spot on the wall beside the tub. Also our beds were not made after the first night and we didn't receive fresh water glasses to replace our used ones.

The location is central in Cavendish and very good. The outside was kept neat and the kids enjoyed playing on the playground equipment.

I came in around 3 , it was freezing cold and i slept once i stepped in, i woke up because i was shivvering and the geater was nit working, as i called main office they say that the furnace is not working and they will fix it tomorrow, though they gave me a heater after 3 hours but it was nit working as well

Needed updated and cleaner bbqs. Bbq was old and falling apart. Pool deck needed sanding. Need to wear shoes on the pool deck to protect your feet.
