1- The request their own requirements ( ID & Selfie with ID) as if they’re private place not through booking. 2- The check in was very difficult, they ask to enter the building to the floor without any keys and we have to ask someone to take us with him. 3- The customer service is very bad and not responsive and we arrived at 11:30 pm and they know our arrival, we’re trying to find a way to enter the building they disconnected the line 2 times and never answer in spite we called the cell phone number they gave to us. Actually it was very hard and bad experience for us to be in a building and you don’t know where to go and how to go at midnight

It was a little confusing at first. Which entrance and where they were, changing elevators, and where to put the key fob in the elevator, but all easily over come.

The place was clean except the mats in the bathroom were filthy. You should Def be washing them after each stay. Also u need to give better instructions for check in I had to sign paperwork with the concierge but wasn't told that in advance. And not having a key makes things difficult as u can't even ride thr elevator without a key so u have to time it with other people being in the elevator until u get up to the apartment and get your key. Also don't advertise that you have use of the gym and pool when I signed in the concierge had me.sign papers that we weren't allowed to use them without the owner of the unit.

The location was perfect for where we were going and pretty comfortable. The couch bed wasn't very comfortable but the actual beds were.

Check in was difficult. The keypad outside was broken. The security wasnt very helpful. We couldn't get to our floor without the keyfob, and security didnt inform us. We had to stay on the elevator until a resident finally helped us.

Condo was clean but when you look closely, you can see wear & tear, that some things need TLC. Supplies were very sparse, ie: 1 facecloth, salt shaker empty, no dish cloth/dish towels, ran out of toilet paper, no laundry detergent. Shower was awful, showerhead was blocked, I spent a lot of time trying to improve flow/pressure, tub extremely slow to drain, left mess. Curtain rod fell out of bedroom ceiling, spent time contacting host with these issues, they were responsive but cut into my vacation time.

Location was excellent and amenities in the building were really nice to have on site!

We had some issues with the air conditioning and keeping the place cool at night.

-The elevator cannot be used without a FOB and we were only fortunate enough to get to our condo because someone on the elevator believed our story and used their key to get us to the proper floor. This was luck and not based on good information or organization by the host. -Dishwater was not emptied. -Sparse cutlery. -The condo has some sort of PA system and we were woken in the middle of the night by some announcement.

-Directions to get to the building were good. -The room was open and keys inside, as stated in instructions. -The condo is nice and overall clean and organized.

I didn't like the process of registration upon arrival....We were there for 5 days and there was not enough toilet paper or paper towels. As well there were only 3 towels provided.

It was a challenge to get into our accommodations as the instructions although clear, should have been sent as an attached document so that it could have been seen as significant. It was not clear that there would be NO ONE there to speak to with regards to our accommodations.
