The unevenness of the floor in the room. I have problems walking and it really threw me off. The noise and thumping from above. Could hear footsteps constantly. Kid running around at 10:30pm.

Continental breakfast was below average (there was a hair in the croissant, so I had fruit) and it ended too early (9:00a) for a Sunday. There was an intermittent dripping noise above the ceiling that a bit annoying. The room was not wide enough to fit 2 beds side-by-side, so they were facing each other, which was a bit awkward, but would have been OK, except that one bed was right next to the bathroom door and the other one was close to the annoying dripping noice.

The location is great. The decor is awesome and fun. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. Continental breakfast ended too early (9:00a) for a Sunday, although staff welcomed me even though I arrived later. Dinner at Edit was very good and the restaurant is pretty nice.

All was great. Just mobility. But that's my issue not yours. The parking was a bit of a concern but we did find a spot in the lot behind the hotel last minute.

I loved the size of the room. Everything was clean.

Pillows and beds were very uncomfortable (no support for pillows and lumpy mattress - got a sore neck/back). Stayed in the Lewis Carroll room where both double beds were in the same room but it would have been nice to have them separated so that kids could sleep in a separate space from parents.

Loved the themed rooms. Having a continental breakfast included was a nice bonus. Hotel restaurant food was delicious, although it was a bit more expensive compared to other nearby restaurants.

Everything with the hotel was wonderful, but we were a bit disappointed with most of the town being closed on a Monday. We were really looking forward to the brewery. Very pretty area to walk though.

Value was great for our stay. Breakfast was simple, but nice and staff were very helpful. Room was clean and ample towels/toiletries.

It probably can't be helped, but there is an odour of sulphur in the hotel (and in the town as well). The room could use a fridge.

The room was lovely, quiet and very comfortable. The facilities worked well and wifi was strong. The building is gorgeous and beautifully decorated. The on-site restaurant was convenient and seemed excellent, but we didn't have a chance to try it.

I didn’t realize and would have like to choose our theme room. Mark Twain room was a good mentor and we agreed at front desk two doubles would be fine. But it’s not queen beds, and they are wobbly headboards. I wish I had realized they were not queen beds. But they were comfortable. Cute and clean. Just a tiny window. On this particular themed room. But it was nice and dark for sleeping. I was glad not to get the Freud or Frankenstein room! So when I heard mark Twain I was like, phew! So we still enjoyed, but double means double! We are tall folk. But we managed. I wouldn’t request it if your tall or a couple. Other than that, super cute. The elevator is a Tardis from Dr. Who! It’s huge inside! Haha ok have fun there! Breakfast was continental and good. Staff amazing.

Ellen rocked the front desk gave us ice bucket and a fridge for our room and was so friendly! Love the themes. Nice lobby. Felt safe clean and enjoyed our stay.

5 ounces of wine was very expensive, smells came in the room from the ventilation system, breakfast items were hard to find example cutlery napkins and just so I would pick toast they bring out croissants

Not enough parking. Had to wait a long time for 3 salads and a kids burger.

Interesting place with history. My granddaughters liked it. It was in a convenient location to all the shops and places to eat.

Parking is out back so you have to walk through the patio and the restaurant carrying your luggage and weave between tables while people are trying to eat.

Staff was fantastic and accommodating. Room was very unique and nicely decorated. Bonus, it's right downtown so you can walk everywhere.

Restaurant was fantastic. Service with hotel and restaurant were excellent. The location was in the heart of the downtown which made it very easy to get around. Paris is a very pretty town and this hotel is perfect for a visit.
