Wasn’t a fan of the rickety exterior stairs to the second floor.

Completely updated interior also located right in downtown so we were able to walk to where we needed to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Not a super comfortable place to watch TV. That's a minor matter.

Nice view, good location. Very functional space--includes a kitchen. Bed was comfortable. In summer, it might be hot. Very nice and helpful staff. We were able to do our laundry there. Lunenberg is so great, this is a good place to stay.

We were so pleased with the location. The cottage (we stayed in the red one) had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Our unit was spotless, the beds very comfortable and true to the reviews. The cottages were quiet and the views very nice looking out to the Atlantic. Marcus our host was friendly and the few questions we had before arriving were answered very quickly. On our arrival he explained how to use the air and heat and gave us directions to the town of Lunenburg which was a few minutes away.

The property was very well maintained and clean, it had very good facilities for self-catering. We had a wonderful view from our property across the bay to the front and over the lake to the back. We were grateful for the kindness and friendliness of the staff, especially Mary who we had a great laugh with. All the staff were very hardworking and helpful.

Air conditioning would be nice. Was not needed but if it was. The fan in the room was all we needed as there were many nice windows with screens.

Room very well laid out. Really comfortable bed. Views from the front room with a dining table in front of a huge picture window was fantastic. Very clean. Nice kitchen set up.

On arriving, the awful presence of an ashtray by the outside seating was disgusting to see and had to be removed from sight immediately. Fortunately, it did not impact negatively what the inside of my suite was like.

The view and the suite itself were exceptional. The suite was very comfortable and the quality was very easy to maintain.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Atlantic View Motel very much. We had booked a standard suite in the motel section, but when we arrived, the owner said that there was a cancellation for one of the cabins if we would like that. It was great. We stayed in the Lily Pond Cabin which is the largest one. The living area had a comfortable sofa, a table and chairs and a fully equipped kitchen area. There was a separate bedroom with 2 comfortable beds. Outside on the porch were 2 chairs to sit and relax. The motel is across the road from Masons Beach and the motel has a bench there where you can sit and enjoy the view and the sound of the water. The beach was really nice, but the water was very cold in the middle of June. It's a very short drive from the motel into Lunenburg. So, unless you want to be right in the town, the location is very good. You can easily drive to town for lunch or dinner, or prepare your own food in your kitchen. If we return to Lunenburg, we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time in the 1 BDRM cottage. The cottage has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove and a bbq outside. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch as you take in the breathtaking view of the ocean. The beach s a 2 minute walk. The Lunenburg shops and restaurants are a 5 drive away
