Our first stay there was a bit noisy from the road traffic - but the second stay was excellent - A room at the rear - Other than that all was good

All went well - Good breakfast from cereals toast croissants juices and beverages etc etc to a full hot breakfast to get you going for a full day - Great location with heaps of shops and eateries nearby - especially the Italia Bakery across the road - get on to the creme brulee and a cappuccino. Free shuttle to Canada Place was excellent - The staff were always friendly and helpful

Breakfast facilities a little strange. Good selection of food but paper plates and cups with plastic knifes and wooden folks & spoons. All placed in the same bin when finished with. Eating area small with overflow area in rather tired bar/function room. Cold atmosphere would benefit from some light background music.

Clean & comfortable with friendly staff. Our room at the rear had views over the roof tops to the Mountains. Good local facilities with Tim Hortons, Dairy Queen, Starbucks and High Point Liquor store within one block and close to park and horse racing track plus Casino if that floats your boat. Hotel shuttle bus for trips down town and on R5 Rapid bus line with stop each way virtually outside. Good secure underground parking.

The rooms are older and some renovations are needed. Mice were visible on the main floor.

The beds were very comfortable and the staff was exceptional. Though further away from downtown, the rapid bus allow quick access. Breakfast was plentiful.

The room decor was outdated, shabby dressers & tables could definately use an upgrade. The bathroom toilet was the old style, very low to the floor. The bathroom ceiling was peeling with a large burn mark on the floor that was definately unappealing. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was they advertised free transportation to the cruise terminal. However, the weekend we were there we were told the van was having repairs so we had to pay for a cab. Very disappointed. Staff was very unapologetic about it.

My room was right across from the elevators. They make a loud ding that i could hear and it was bad.

It's a great hotel. This was my second stay. Great staff and great rooms.

Unfortunately , the vicinity is located where a lot of homelessness . The government should have at least do something about it. For tourists , they are eyesore and for safety reasons , they need help . Govt May provide housing or place to congregate , not on the streets .

It’s gates and your car is secured . It comes with breakfast .

The hotel is a little old. But, its well maintained. They don’t have a way in the room to signal the staff that you want to change your sheets.

Breakfast was good. the location is in a quiet place, is not downtown but its easy to access downtown.

Breakfast was so good, but eating with a wooden fork 👎, it tastes like cardboard, in general using paper, plastic or wooden plates/cups/cutlery is not very pleasant.

The room was very comfy and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had enough variety and loved that is included, so you can take breaky and start the day. Early check-in available🙂 It's a bit far from downtown, but the R5 fast bus stops just in front of the hotel. Convenience store and restaurants around. People say Hastings is the street of homeless people, but the blocks where they are are far from the hotel (even though they're not dangerous, also interesting to see the other side of Vancouver and how drugs affect the area).

The Hotel and staff were very nice. Our room was good, except it looked out over a person's backyard/alley. We couldn't open our curtains the whole time. The location was farther out than I thought it was. But we managed with the hotel shuttle and taxi service. Breakfast was really good every morning. Good choices.

Bit dated, breakfast is simple but very simple. Also it's probably safer than I thaught it was the neighboorhood, but despite the hotel which isn't at fault I wouldn't recommend due to location. They have a dry sauna and a fitness as well as laundry available to do yourself.

Hard to get to during afternoon rush hour in Vancouver. The location of the property.

Reservation was readily accessed. No fumbling and misplaced information.
