breakfast included but not what i was expected. i would have prefer to have butter, milk, jam, Nutella etc in single dose then in bulk because we had to wait after the others before we can get the jam or Nutella or anything else. plus, it wasn't really no contamination since everyone served them self from the same jar.

original idea: no reception desk but code to enter the property and the room.

Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Very close to the main highway and my room was on that side, lost of trafic noice. Hygiene is questionable as we all use the same peanut butter and jam jars.

The parking area was full when we arrived, some details for other places to park would have been helpful.

Breakfast was good and simple, we loved the reduction of waste for peanut butter and jam by providing large containers.

Room coffee maker was tiny and poor quality and to get coffee in the breakfast room required guests to brew commercial machine which was too complex and too time consuming. A nespresso machine would have been a great option Instead. Wifi was inaccessible.

Small windows, but we were barely there.

This was a very comfortable place to stay as we travelled to another location. It was beautiful to look out at the St Lawrence seaway and wake up to that beauty. The rooms were very comfortable for size as well as clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning!

Nice Auberge in beautiful village with several options for restaurants. Nice room with toalett & shower. We never met any personell, received key codes by message and everything worked well. There was big restaurant room in first floor and we could eat own food, otherwise there are several options in village for dinner. Cafe nearby has fab breakfast.

This time we saw no human staff at all ... we received our codes for the doors and at breakfast there were no staff visible. I guess everything was fine but it is a dramatic contrast with the past when someone welcomed you and asked iff you had questions, etc. Im sure we could have roused a staff person if needed. Our TV did not work and there was a light build missing from a lamp we wanted to use. These were minor inconveniences but showed a lack of attention to details.

Overall an excellent place to stay and we have stayed there many times. It is well situated in the middle of a beautiful little town - Kamouraska! The building is old but the rooms are spacious and there is a lovely covered porch surrounding the building.

No staff on site. Booked the room then couldn’t get in. Had to phone an ‘emergency’ phone number listed at the door. Ester came and was pleasant- said we should have received an email with codes to get through the front door and into the room. No staff on site. Ester left after getting us checked in. Nobody else on site. My tv didn’t work and I called the contact phone number - no answer. Left a message that was never returned. Saw a woman the next morning and reported the tv problem and she said they knew already and that someone was coming to fix it Why was I given a room with a no - working tv? I would like a $ consideration. But no staff? I would never have booked it if I’d known.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. My room had a full bath, my friend’s room did not have a tub - only shower. Not noted on your website

Lack of staff, code never worked on our room (had to leave open for fear of locking ourselves out), no staff to help, no answer to phone number provided, no air conditioning in room (although was in hallway), breakfast was self serve including grinding coffee and operating commercial coffee machine and limited choice ie cereal,toast and banana.

breakfast. I didn’t like the fact that the jam and preserves and peanut butter jars were open for anyone to dip into… Not a very hygienic!  There’s a good reason why most hotels, motels, utilize small  individual packaging.

The room was small, but very clean and comfortable.
