We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe restaurant below the rooms has overpriced food, and not always cooked fresh. The chowder & biscuit were lovely, but I had the burger & fries, which were quite obviously not fresh; the patty was likely cooked from frozen, and the fries were not great. So yes the accommodations were amazing but the restaurant food (optional experience obviously) was subpar.
I loved the jacuzzi in the room, and how spacious the room was! The bed was very comfortable. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet as well. The staff were welcoming as well!

Because the weather was rainy off and on while we were in Cheticamp it was great to have a space we could call “home”. And the restaurant had great food!

AustraliaNo breakfast included, but we drove for 1/2 an hour to the Dancing Goat Cafe & Bakery on the Cabot Trail and that exceeded our expectations from what people had told us about it. The room we had was down stairs on the water level, which did make it awkward with luggage.
Value for money. Staff were lovely & the onsite restaurant & bar was brilliant. The room was dated, but clean, comfortable and spacious enough for a one night stay.
