We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CanadaThe Auberge is a small operation, and therefore there was no personnel on-site when we arrived on a Sunday evening. Even so, getting in and getting access to our room was relatively simple. The railway goes right by the hotel, which could be an issue for light sleepers.
Auberge Beauséjour was very clean and comfortable. The room was a really good value for the price. Amqui is right in the heart of the Matapédia Valley, which is a very beautiful part of Québec, but relatively unknown to many Anglophone tourists. We hope to return.

CanadaBedroom was to small, no confortable chair to sit, decor is for a worker room, some of the room are rented to workers who got out in the morning woke up by working people going out at 5 in the morning , no breakfast included because we book whit Booking.com, not enough parking way too small, property poorly situated just by a railroad track and a Main Street with lots of traffic and super noisy , no nice place to take a walk close by. In all this place is for seasonal workers not for tourist, so way to expensive for the place .
