Sink drain was slow and needs USB chargers in the room

I was searching for the socket to charge my phone as it's not easily visible :) Construction workers started their days at 7 AM both mornings that I was there. It was so noisy that I had to start my day already. There was supposed to be a way to make tea but there was only a coffee pot but no tea pot, I was not sure how to boil water in this case.

It's a good location and overall experience is positive. It's a bit gloomy in general but I understand that these are lofts. It was clean and warm, there is everything that is needed for a short trip.

There was room for improvement if you intend to stay in the room for a while. There wasn't a lot of space to unpack things to, and the television was outdated (not able to cast phone to tv). Plug sockets were limited.

The hotel was in a good location and staff were friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. This was a good place to stay.

Not a hotel by normal standards. No staff on at night. No air con in the rooms until summer apparently and windows sealed shut so my room was airless and stuffy. 'City view' a little misleading. Just a view of the street and shops.

Massive room and shower room. Very comfortable bed. On a bus route. Good value for money. Good communication. Fridge was very useful.

The only thing that was missing was a kettle - no possibility to make tea on a cold day.

The room overlooked a busy street but the windows were 100% soundproof. There was a lot of space inside the room, the interior looked new and modern. There is a dedicated closed room in the reception area where you can leave your luggage after check-out. The staff was very friendly.

The electrical plugs and lamps didn't work and the bathroom could use some hooks to put the towels and shelf to put shampoo/soap. And the space to put jackets is quite small.

Draw back to any big city, parking. There was a parking garage within walking distance. Parked there and easy to access.

I rent a king room. The bathroom was very small, we could barely fit 2 people, and couple extras hooks in the bathroom would of been appreciated to hang towels. We were located in the 1st floor, and found the room extremely dark. Otherwise it was a very comfortable room and bed

We would be nice to have a small fridgebar in the room. Have the garbage picked up daily.

Location is fantastic: walkable to the old city centre, groceries, restaurants and bakeries within 5 minutes walking. Our room was very quiet, great to sleep.

Some staff didn’t acknowledge you. I understand that they have administrative responsibilities, however it only takes a brief moment to smile and say hello. Instead, some staff had their heads down staring at their phones instead of greeting us. The floor throughout the building was filthy most of the time. I believe the front desk staff could take 5-10 minutes of their time to stand up and mop the floors/vacuum.

Kinda disappointed that this hotel doesn't offer a kitchen or laundry room, especially given the price. Additionally, we were charged an incorrect fee without prior explanation. However, I want to commend Laurie for her excellent support in resolving the issue.

The location couldn't be more convenient - close to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore. We really appreciated the easy access to everything.

Request from hotel to send card details in advance for purpose of 'incidental payments', despite having already paid in full, with suggestion this is required to gain access to room. This communication looked like a phishing scam. Although it turned out to be legit in this case I was not comfortable to share card details by email and instead requested to sort this in-person, which the hotel agreed to.

Modern room, all basic facilities plus lots of extras available if needed, very clean, easy access to main areas of the city

Staff was not helpful at all, they didn't even know about directions or most common touristic places in the city. They were really disconnected, not empathetic, and not happy to be at the front desk. Complimentary coffee offered in the room was disgusting ( motel level or less) for the price a room is charged which is not cheap, I thought maybe they could offer better quality of coffee, or maybe have a coffee pot at the reception/front desk.

Mattresses and pillows were very comfy ( they exceeded my expectations)
