Breakfast could be better, more substantial. Dinner is a test on patience, over 45 minutes to prepare and serve a hamburger and a pizza is too much. Pool is filled with black water!!! Needs some major exterior manrainance work..

We were there with a large group attending a race at Mont. Sutton. very comfy beds, great spa, and they even put out some food for us before the official breakfast becuase of our early departure which was very nice.

I would have liked a swimming pool.

We liked the hot tub, the sauna, and the steam room. We booked a massage, which was extra, and it was excellent. The breakfast was pastries (high quality, including croissants and chocolate croissants), some fruit, and excellent coffee, It was available in the lobby. The dinner was multicourse gourmet, albeit a short menu. Good service and tasty food. The highlight of the visit was a long conversation with the manager, who was a local and was able to tell us what to see and how to get there. Part of the road was blocked by bridge construction, so his directions were particularly important.

The only thing I did not like was Leaving!!! Can’t think of anything I did not like.

Beautiful location. Beautiful pool and view of the lake. Lots of private areas with hot tub fire pit. Spa with rocking chairs, sauna etc. A large gym with lots of equipment and large bright windows. Shorefront on the lake with canoes & kayaks just across from the hotel. Sweet patio outside ground level room with 2 chairs and table! Very relaxing! On site restaurant where we had a delicious breakfast. So many beautiful spaces in this lodge.

Spider webs everywhere on outdoor patio and seating and in the dining room on the lights, that was a little off-putting. I understand theres spiders but the whole place could do with a preventative spider spray. There is no longer a jetty/deck on the lake, which was disappointing as it was advertised in the photos and one of the things we booked for so my husband could fish off it. There are no bedside plugs in our room for charging electronics. We were given the wrong room. We had booked the executive queen suite on Booking.com and were given a double standard room that wasn't updated and had dust piles on the headboards, and there was nothing they could do about it as "we booked last minute" (8hrs in advance of our stay) The manager did give us breakfest to compensate, but it is not a nice way to spend your anniversary in 2 separate beds. The firepits are build on your own, I assume. They were never lit at night. The online menu does not match the one in the dining room. The dining room was painted black (not white like their website photos) and there was painted on the windows and light bulbs out in the dining room. Again, not major but for the money you expect a different level I guess and more attention to detail with cleanliness.

Beds were comfortable, dining room staff were great, food was good, beautiful lake across the road with lots of seating and a big fire pit (build your own) beautiful pool, hot tubs and saunas.

My booking stated that I would have a room with a lake view, when, in fact, I was at the back of the hotel facing a scruffy looking parking area. The actual hotel room might have included a couple of easy chairs instead of the one solitary desk chair, especially given that the room had a fireplace.

The location on the lake was ideal. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was a bonus. The breakfast was wonderful.

The price is a bit high for the room we got. The air conditioning is loud and the plumbing is getting a bit old. However, these are not enough to spoil a great stay!

Although we didn't stay at the hotel to use the spa facilities, we did go look at the hot tubs and they were quite foamy, indicating they needed better maintenance. Otherwise we were quite satisfied with everything else during our one night stay.

We liked that the room, hallway, and exterior had recent renovations. Our room was comfortable and staff were friendly. We took a stroll across the street and enjoyed the view from the area down the stairs. A nice spot to gaze at the Lac Brome.

We were there for a wedding. Breafast were amazing! Lots of bacon and sausage. Good sized portions. Breakfast potatoes were yummy! Loved our waiter from Vancouver.
