Tried to clear with my BMO's reservation using my pre-booked reservation with my BMO ppoints thta I had sucessfully made, however staff was 'at a lost' unaware plus did not know what advice to provide. Hotel charges you then BMO re-imburses, this is what staff should tell the customer who ask the question.

The room that we got was quite basic. Outdated TVs and the cabinet didn't fit the vibe of the room. The Spa can get quite busy depending on the time you go, and its also not that big.

The fact the spa is included with the price is actually surprising. The breakfast that was included was a full meal which was much appreciated.

The quality of the supper, night dinner was mediocre, the staff was friendly, but the food wasn't good and way too expensive, the calamari plate was a joke, undercooked, the bavette was burnt, and the veggies with the duck breast is some salad and literally 3 fingerling potatoes ... very disappointed ...

2 small details: - the light on the thermostat was very bright and lit up the room quite a bit even when we were sleeping - we had a very heavy-footed guest above us, that we could hear easily... but it was not when we slept, so really just a tiny detail!

We loved the spa amenities (relaxation room, wet and dry sauna, 2 jacuzzi tubs outdoors), the fact that we could bring our dog AND the incredible meals. The rooms were also really spacious, clean and well-equipped including an ice-bucket and wine glasses for enjoyed in your room. It was such a lovely stay, we didn't even touch the TV!

The facilities were nice and the staff too. Restaurant breakfast was good however the table d'hôte was not very good value for the quality if the meal.

Staff was sooo friendly. Hotel is renovated and we liked the simply, clean aesthetics....Breakfast was deLicious!!! ......perfect poached eggs. The view was great even though we didn;t get a water view....the marshlands are pretty, too!

The maître D for dinner was arrogant. We waited 1:30 for burgers and chicken, our 3 year old famished and exhausted (we finally got our food at 8:30pm). One of the burgers was completely burnt. Poor service, food was off. Not worth the price we paid. Disappointing.

The staff for breakfast was amazing. They are always pleasant and efficient.

We were on a tight schedule and appreciated being assisted after 1am by the security staff person at the front desk. And in the morning, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast (les croissants étaient incroyables!) which was much appreciated. The checkout process was seamless and quick, allowing us to get to Mont Sutton to ski at 08:30. Merck beaucoup!

Sound proofing was next to none. There was a university prom and they were extremely loud all night! I complained earlier in the day of their nosiness and I was basically ignored and was told that the manager would take care of it. Nothing was done to ensure that we had a quiet relaxing stay! There was no manager available that night to deal with the discontent patrons of the hotel that were not part of the prom party! A few of us were woken up in the middle of the night and could not find anyone to help us out. We were close to calling the police to calm the party goers! The hotel should advice patrons of parties and changes to the dining schedule. Continental breakfast was a disappointment for a 4 star hotel. I have had better at a 2 star. The rooms were cold, including the hallways. I expected a cozy warm room but was greeted with a room that was 18 degrees when we walked in. So much was lacking in the room. No radio, no pamphlets, or information on the hotel. There is no need for two showers and two toilets. Money would have been better spend on soundproofing and heated floors that were very cold even after we turned up the heat. I would never stay there again, unfortunately. We have stayed in the past but this has soured my desire to go back.

The only thing positive of this hotel was the location.
