Hotel staff are very nice and friendly. The location is very good and convenient. We can take a bus #807 to the Old City in Quebec City.

No way to block the light in the room. (door with a small window and no curtains). The room was on the street side and it was really loud. We werr awaken by people talking on the sidewalk. Fridge in the the room was quite loud. Impossible to sleep without a sleeping mask and ear plugs.

Employees were really nice. Free parking and a direct bus to the city with a stop in front of the hotel.

It’s quite noisy and upstairs seem to live people who started to fight, scream and shout around 10.30pm. Not nice, I was worried about them. Apart of that it was ok. Bit overpriced for what it is (compared to European standards).

It was clean and the bed comfy. Great to have private parking behind the building. Nice staff. There’s free coffee but no breakfast available.

Place looks a bit ragged, but offered a full, small kitchen and comfortable beds. Room was clean, but showed signs of wear--cracked floor tiles, old lighting, rickety stairwell, etc. What we liked was the free parking, and walkable to Old Town Quebec (30-35 minutes). On a busy street, but room was quiet.

The air conditioner was old and a bit noisy. The floors were not cleaned up to the mark. The room definitely needs dusting.

The location was fantastic. They had ample parking space. The kitchen was decent. The wifi worked pretty well. The bedding and towels were well maintained.

The bed linen was pretty old. The shower faucet was somewhat faulty: when turning the knob to reduce the temperature the pressure was falling too, and the water was barely trickling at the right temperature. To be true, we didn't complain about it until after we left, so we can't say the staff was not helpful.

There were all amenities in the room, the fridge was pretty roomy. The location is good: it's not in downtown but pretty close to it by car. The great thing is a free parking (well, it's a motel after all).

Looking a little tired and could possibly do with a lick of paint... but decor not important when beds are comfortable....

Great location..bus stop 1 minute away [807] straight into Old Quebec central... convenience store to buy tickets of 10...staff friendly and very helpful.. beds very comfortable... ac a bit noisy but worked well.. all in all a great stay... would use again without question..

There was not included breakfast, while it was written that breakfast was included. The map they provided to help me find my room was not accurate, it was not for the correct room. The room was very small.

The hotel is well located, there was always free parking. The room was comfortable, while it was quite small. There was AC.

it was old and somewhat run down but clean and comfortable.

The young women at the reception was extremely helpful and pleasant. My room was not quite ready when I arrived, she was so apologetic and spent time chatting with me and showing me how to get bus tickets and where to go.

The location is ideal for hoping on a bus into town and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is clean and good value for money.

The air conditioner couldn't adjust so it was sometimes too hot in the room. No hair dryer in room, maybe it was because our late check-in, and the office was closed.

The small kitchen in room is very convenient. The staff was very helpful to get our rooms changed when we encountered room problems.

It didn't have a way to cook but it was nice to have the toaster. you could hear people walking upstairs but it was disruptive.

The bus really takes only 10-15 minutes max from the hotel to the old town and passes a lot of nice bars, restaurants and shops on the way. Cleanliness was good, grocery store around the corner. Free parking and WIFI. We'd book again!
