Could do with some refurbishing in some areas, especially in hallways. The room does look like it has had some.

Location was perfect, close to Waterfront train station and Canada Place. View from our room overlooking Canada Place and water, was terrific. Room was very clean and spacious living area, although could do with a refurb in some areas. Carl on reception was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with this stay..

Excellent little hotel in downtown Vancouver. 1 bedroom apartment was excellent, but it does not include a kitchen. Although it has a microwave, it has no plates or cutlery. Very good bathroom with a large shower. Access to the pool and gym was excellent. The pool for laps was superb.

There was no on site restaurant and the public toilet in the foyer area required a short lift ride for any disabled woman to access same but male toilets were up a short ramp.

The hotel was located a short walk to the Canada avenue tourist activities and shuttles with 4 coffee shops even closer. The room was very disabled friendly with a separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen area with a microwave and refrigerator. The lounge included a large couch and a separate 4 chair dining table area. In all the hotel was quiet and well located to the docks area and an easy walk to most attractions. Hotel offered free umbrellas for guest usage.

The staff at check-in needs to explain elevator system. Luckily a maid found us in elevator. We rescued another couple. Elevator needed room card to operate.

Staff was great, even had scale to weigh suitcases. Storing baggage from cruise was easy, and waiting in our room when we got back from sightseeing.

Nothing - we would stay again if in Vancouver and feeling like splashing out a little on a hotel.

Located in a superb central area of Vancouver. Very close to the cruise terminal and Skytrain station as well as numerous attractions e.g. Vancouver Lookout. Lovely neighbourhood. Impressive reception area and easy and friendly check in. Happy to see we got a room with a side view of the river - that was a bonus. Room was a lovely size, clean and comfortable with large shower enclosure.

The windows. These windows easily open by pushing out from floor level. An unexpectedly wide gap is created which was very frightening as, frankly, a small child could fall straight out to the ground from any floor i.e. 10 or 12. That was a really bad and Dangerous design. VERY IMPORTANT - Hotel must correct that with safety catches etc. IMMEDIATELY to prevent a tragedy.

We were looking geared to relaxing in the pool and hot tub. We realized it was more part of the residences adjacent gym. it was a lap pool and no chairs to lounge on. I honestly didn’t feel comfortable with this amenity.

The hotel and room was a pleasant surprise and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We literally walked off the ship and 2 blocks later we were there! prefect location and close to the water and Canada Place.

Fabulous location in the heart of Vancouver and close (walking distance) to the cruise ship terminal. We loved our spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation. Our suite had a seperate bedroom with ensuite and large lounge and dining area. We wished we had a longer stay. Thank you Auberge.
