Location is a little far away from downtown but driving a car is all right.

Comfortable room, good size and clean. Parking is free. Nearby restaurants are good. Breakfast is included but simple.

Requires credit card, but there isn’t this information in booking and the staff told me that wasn’t necessary. I was very angry because caused a bad situation. I called and ask for people to confirm this information.

The rooms needs more lighting because the dark carpet over powers the ambience of the room.

There was a pool & sauna to relax, the hotel location was accessible to lots of restaurants, & our bedroom was comfortable.

It was a relaxing, pleasant experience. I stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. The way the breakfast was served was a bit confusing at the beginning but I learned how things work quickly, especially I loved the "take away" option for the breakfast which suited greatly with my busy calendar. I will return for sure.

Since Covid, we need to complete an order form for our breakfast. Unfortunately, there is no logical way to submit the form, and the orders get all mixed up. If there are more than 5 forms on the counter, the next guests simply place their form over yours, and it get buried at the bottom. there should be a better way to keep the breakfast forms in a chronological order: First in, first completed. But your staff worked VERY hard and it was really appreciated.

The room and bathroom in top shape and super clean. Also, the staff is cheerful and always smiling.

Shower head would have like a telephone style. Bed was a little soft but koodos for 4 pillows per bed.

Breakfast had more choices than I thought would be available. The personnel was efficient and polite. The shower was excellent. TG for in room coffee!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my wife. The room was clean and maintained well, the breakfast was simple and good, the location was close to reach most of the attractions in Montreal.

Breakfast traffic was heavy however long weekend travellers made it a busy spot in the morning.

Close proximity to nearby highway into Montreal. Room was very clean and all amenities such as towels and in-room coffee were ample. Breakfast food was decent and staff were polite and eager to please.

The elevator was a freight elevator that didn't always work! The room was a little small to hold 2 queen sized beds to host 4 people

Our room was the farthest away from the lobby (literally the last room in the farthest corner!) and I was charged twice for my stay. Even though I paid at the check in, my personal credit card was charged too. I had to keep following up to get the duplicate charge removed.

Checkin was smooth, we had ample parking. Breakfast was also with good options - i liked how they gave us a menu to choose from (max of 5 items per person). This prevented food wastage. The indoor pool was nice too!

The elevator is sooo slow we had to take the stairs to bring our heavy suitcases to our room. Good thing we are just at the 2nd floor.

The cleanliness of the room was superb, the efficient fresh breakfast serving plus add the very supportive and welcoming front desk staff. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay with all the basic amenities at hand.

However I was not able to have breakfast. Hotel claiming breakfast time is from 6 to 10, but at 9 they have no food. Even coffee. Maybe they need somebody who can correlate the amount of food with guests number. Anyway be prepared to skip breakfast if you like to sleep))v,

The service here was just OK. The front desk staff seemed a little clueless for my liking, we weren't able to store luggage which i've almost never heard of and the check in process took a rather long time in my opinion when there was absolutely no line to deal with (meaning we walked right up to the front desk and still took almost 20 minutes to get checked in). Other than that, everything was fine.

Stayed over for Grand Prix weekend, value was very good especially considering how busy that weekend is. The room was very nice and can be accessed from both inside the hotel as well as an outdoor entrance which made loading and unloading the car very very easy. The locations was also very nice and close enough to Downtown Montreal and the Grand Prix location and there were some nice restaurants and plenty of gas stations/grocery places near to the hotel. The breakfast was decent enough too.
