This was an adorable and comfortable place to stay. It was conveniently located 15 minutes from Lake Louise. The cabins are comfortable, have lots of amenities, spacious, and clean. There are a handful of fire rings with chairs located on the property along the river to sit and enjoy a free fire anytime of the day or night. Our heater worked wonderful along with the fireplace. When it was warm during the day there was a ceiling fan and portable fan in the closet. The workout room was huge and offered so many options for personal fitness. There was also a sauna and steam room available.

Very dusty under beds. No kitchen sink. Spa plug a bit hard to get it seal properly so wasted water.

They are in dire need of dining facilities. It is a bit too far of a drive to Lake Louise or Banff for a quick bite. The cafe has no fresh pastries and there is nothing substantial to eat for dinner (frozen pizza would have been an ok option)

Limited dining options. CAD250 damage deposit required. It took some time to pay it back. High price, which was a little different from booking.com price But this is a high standard accommodation in a very desirable location.

Very nice area with very friendly staff. They were very accommodating with rescheduling the shuttle for another day. They also employ Czech staff who were very helpful.

The mattress was a bit to soft for our taste.

Our jacuzzi suite was spacious, well appointed, and newly remodeled with a nice tile shower and granite vanity. The bar seating and mini-kitchen were perfect for small meals, and the sofa and fireplace area were nice for relaxing. Our entire group discussed how very friendly the staff were. We also loved the campfires with seating along the creek. Best stay on our trip and one of the most reasonably priced for the area!

It will be great when the restaurant rebuilds; although there were some snacks at the cafe it was a bit limited but still nice to have.

Beautiful location, we really enjoyed the creek side fire pit and the complementary firewood was so nice, not to be nickel and dimed for the extras after spending a significant amount on the room already. We really enjoyed this and it completed the ambience of the stay.

The restaurant had Burned down and new one not built. Which we knew before. They should have had a shuttle to town (its 20 mins out) so people can go to a restaurant or get groceries). There are Zero cans in lake Louise. Cabs have to come from canmore or banff. The cost to get a cab to go to dinner would have been 180$. If i had known i would have rented a car

The staff were a bit moody & not very helpful . Told me I had to check out at 10am when it states on the website 11am plus after driving from Banff to lake Louise & arriving a bit early I got told to wait until 4pm to check in & yet the guy in front got a smile & told his room was ready at 2.45 same accommodation 😳.. I’m a solo female traveller from uk .

Some miscommunication among staff as to cleaning. Had to ask specifically for a bathroom check. Get a room towards the front. The train mentioned in other reviews is kinda loud and often but I got used to it after the first night.

I loved Baker Creek! The rooms were lovely. Well appointed. Extremely comfortable. We had a fire by the creek. We would look forward to a restaurant being built.

The restaurant in the property burned down awhile ago and hasn’t been rebuilt. We were notified in advance so we were prepared with groceries and we drove into the town of Banff for dinner one night. There is a small shop off of the reception area but we found the selection to be quite minimal. In the cabin, there was a sauce pot and a stock pot but no sauté or frying pan.

The property is perfectly situated between the town of Banff and the best places to visit/hike in Banff National Park. There is a shuttle service that picks up and drops off directly at Baker Creek so you don’t have to worry about parking at Lake Louise or Moraine Lake. We stayed in a cabin that faces the rock beach and river so our view was beautiful and the sound of the river was very peaceful. Everything is provided for fires in the wood burning stove in the cabin and in the fire rings along the river. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom/shower is a nice size for a small cabin. The kitchenette is well stocked with most things needed for cooking and dining. The wifi worked well during our stay.

Nice location near the creek with easy access to Lake Louise and all the hiking in the area. Cabins were well-stocked. The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed. Wood burning stove was nice for cool mornings and fire pits by the creek were great for s’mores in the evening.
