The locks in the washrooms were not working

Overall very nice stay. Everything in utensils was provided in the kitchen. A very spacious and comfortable cottage. However, The locks in the washrooms were not working. The location, although near to Canmore downtown, is slightly remote but offers a peaceful stay

The only thing we didn't like was how creaky the floors were upstairs, it woke our toddler up in the downstairs room a couple times. But we know that comes with it being a cabin and it wasn't a huge deal.

The view was amazing and the location was very convenient for all the things we wanted to do. The kitchen was so well stocked with cookware and dishes. They also had fans in the bedrooms/living room which was a nice touch! The playgrounds on the property were great for our toddler!

The coffee maker was difficult to use and the coffee tasted strange. The keurig side did not work. Also, we brought food to barbecue and the valve to open propane on the barbecue would not budge. There was also no maintenance on site to help with this.

jacuzzi uptairs is not working.

I like the cabin, very clean and beds are comfy, location is good too. I love the mountain view when you were setting in the living room and kitchen table. I highly recommended this place and for sure will come back next year.

Timbered self contained lodge with all necessary facilities.

Beautifully located in forestry surrounded by snow clad mountains but within easy reach of Canmore and Banff.

I wish the hours for using the fire pit could be longer. And that the area for games would be trimmed in the off season so that it could be used. But we did like seeing the deer eat the grass, so it was a nice trade.

I loved the price and quality, it was clean and stocked. The grounds had so many things I wanted to do, it was welcoming and quiet. I only wish I stayed longer.

No restaurant in the resort. And at night bit warm inside I think need to update the electric fan to Aircondition specially for kids and pregnant mommy.

The cabin is so perfect for Family get away.. facilities is amazing, everything is there.

N/A (would be nice if pets were allowed but I understand the reason for the policy regarding how the facility is in a wildlife corridor).

The cabins were immaculately kept and presented. The location is stunning in terms of view, accessibility (including proximity to Canmore and Banff), and seclusion (allowing a perfect quiet getaway from the hustle of everyday life). Not an exaggeration to call this one of my favourite places in the world.

The cabin was VERY hot when we arrived.....probably the older windows, but fans were on for us, so that's nice! The deck on our cabin could use an upgrade....but I see some have them, so maybe they're working through that.

The cabin was spacious and clean - had everything we needed in the kitchen! Location was picturesque and quiet - relaxing for sure. Games room is a wonderful addition to the stay! Staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly!

Although we didn’t stay in a deluxe/renovated house, the accomodation was very comfortable and clean. The mountainview from the terrace was beatiful. We originally planned to stay four nights, but extended it with two extra nights.

That there no shower in the upstairs room.

Loved the view, it’s quiet, enough space for everyone. There is a barbecue. The area when you go the cabin in where you can put all your stuff and not bring it all inside is a big plus.
