- beds and pillows are somewhat average in terms of comfort - lack of storage options (our room didn’t have a drawer or closet)

Don’t book this if you are a light sleeper. Continual drone we think from aircon unit outside room. Did stop occasionally- but then noisy when it kicked in. No aircon in our room which was needed- it was hot. Room very small and basic. Only one bedside table/ lamp. Bathroom tiny. One large fridge and microwave in shared area- but nowhere to sit to eat. We used small table in our room for suitcase.

Location was great. So close to town. Room was clean.

Double Room should specify single bed. Booked Double Room for 2 adults and came in to find 1 single bed, no sink, bathroom, or shower. Had to pay extra $30 despite booking saying Double Room 2 Adults

Location was nice, easy to find. Mountain view, right beside the river. Access to trails and stores and restaurants

I knew going into the stay that it was a very basic room. But given the other very expensive options this turned out to be a nice affordable alternative . The bed was very comfortable and the location was fantastic!

Parking could be quite full

The location was brilliant, easy walk to Banff Town and also bus stops near by to go to the Banff Gondola. Room was a good size and staff were helpful and friendly.

There is no common area to have breakfast, so you have to do it in your own room

the hotel is located in town, but far enough to avoid the traffic in the main street. Walking distance to all restaurants and supermarkets. Although it was with shared bathroom, there is a lavabo in the room which makes the personal cleanliness much easier and handy

Our room was by the stairs so on the weekends people were extremely loud from the hours (10pm-2am). This made it a bit hard to sleep.

The location was perfect and the staff was so friendly. I love how they change out towels everyday. The room was tiny but still great for two travelers. We paid a little extra to have our own bathroom and it worked out great. Has such a lovely view as well. It was great that there was a communal fridge and microwave for us to use because we didn’t expect that.

Our room was very noisy with air conditioning from the hotel next door (304). A mini fridge in the room would help and tea and coffee making facilities. No common area to hang out in.

No ceiling fan. Only the last day, i got a table fan. Window cant open fully. Wind just cannot come in, hence stuffy. Of course no air cond. Soundproof is bad. You will be lucky if you get quiet next door.

Our room was only fully serviced one day out of our 4 night stay. Walls were very thin, bring ear plugs! Shower curtain didn’t fit the shower so constantly blew into the shower clinging to body and legs!! (and shower leaked onto bathroom floor so had to cover with towels before shower)

Great location and great value for money. Room was comfortable and as expected for the rate we paid. Use of the communal fridge and microwave was helpful. A perfect base to explore Banff and the surroundings.
