A few features could have been better. For example, there was no ladder on the bunk bed, making it difficult to access the top bunk. Also, in the en-suite bathroom the towel hooks were very inconveniently placed.

This was a very pleasant suite. The decor was cool and minimalist.

I received call from one of the staff member who ask me to contact another guess for parking issue. After I explained that I am not part of other group, I have nothing to do with any other rooms and parking stalls. She still repeat herself and told me there is going to be a fine on my account. I hope people could try to resolve problem in another way or at least more professional.

It was mainly quite clean, however, they overlooked certain areas, the floors in the bathroom, could have been better cleaned, and it was very dusty still in the bedroom, especially above the head board, and the nightstand. Also, quiet time started at 10pm, but you can still hear the kids next door, and the people above us.

We enjoyed the location very much, and how it was close to so many restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the hot tub on the roof, and the room was nicely put together.

Parking is limited especially if you’re coming with more than 1 car.

The place was so spacious and was well thought of. We appreciated having all the things we would need to fee at home: wi-fi, cooking essentials, towels, shampoos, etc. The whole place was so beautiful and designed well. The view was amazing! And the long table fit everyone to have meals together.

It’s easy to hear people in the adjoining suites or the parking lot. A second bedroom lamp would also be appreciated so that two people can read in bed.

The suite was clean, comfortable and in a great location. We could walk practically anywhere we needed to go.

One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the hot tub but I got a message a few days before my stay saying that the hot tub has issues and won’t be available.

Having stayed at base camp resorts before, we chose base camp suites this time. Location is brilliant. Clean and has everything you need for a family break. It was expensive though.

mattress was just ok for comfort parking spot was tight especially the car next to me was on the line. I made a small scrape on my passenger side from the cement pillar.

Everything was clean except the floors. They were vacuumed but not mopped, so when we stepped out of the shower just a few moments on the bathroom floor would turn your feet black.

The rooms are amazing, very new and modern. The suite came with an 8 person dinner table, fully stocked kitchen with a full stove and fridge. Even the pull out couch had a memory foam mattress that was comfortable. The in unit laundry was super convenient!

The "living" room is for ... 2 not 4, even if there are 2 bedings. The table is a lower table and only option for more than 2 is to eat on the sofa... A unique high table (small enough for a laptop) has 2 high chairs. No wardrobe or place to stock clothes The air conditioning system is very noisy.

Canmore has 2 parts, the "old" downtown and the "new". The property is in the "old" part. If there's no parking, hard to find one. Some restaurants are good and close, the supermarket needs a car (even if it's not far) Appartement comes with a washing machine and a dishwasher

The bedroom itself is really tiny - too small to even fit a bag in next to the bed. The main reason I wouldn't stay here again is the bright electric light that shone through the window directly into the bedroom all night long. The blind in the room didn't block it out, so I didn't manage to get a good nights sleep during the stay. Something else to mention - the hot tub totally bleached my swimsuit, so be careful what you wear if using it.

The living space was great, along with the bathroom facilities. Having the hot tub on the roof was also a bonus for us. We never saw anyone else up there using it, so it was as if we had it to ourselves.

The washing machine wasn’t working but we called maintenance and they fixed it right my away.

View was spectacular and it was incredibly quiet when we were there.
