Janet is a fantastic host! The cabins are exceptionally clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. They have supplied pretty much everything most people would need. The location on the lake is beautiful and the dock, loungers and seating areas make it a pleasure to be down at the water. Just what we were looking for!

We would’ve enjoyed renting a small motor boat to tour around the lake. Paddle boat was nice however.

Grocery stores and restaurants were not far to get to. Nice little towns to visit and eat overlooking the water. Beautiful view overlooking lake Muskoka. Very peaceful. Very pleasant owners with lots of suggestions on things we could do in the area.

The mosquitos! It was colder outside, so they were out in full force. If the property can be fumigated outdoors for insects every few weeks, would make a big difference

Lovely property on the lake. There are 6 cottages lining the waterfront. the cottage was clean and very well equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans etc. They provide everything you need including dish soap and a clean sponge and a BBQ grill. You wake up in the morning and look through the small breakfast room and see the beautiful lake. The owners are very friendly and accommodating people.

It would be helpful if life preservers were available on site, ideally complimentary but even as rental equipment. People coming for short stays, eg passing through, may well not own life preservers. We truly enjoyed our peaceful morning looking over the lake, and wished we could take a paddle boat out to make the stay perfect. The cottage was great, location perfect.

We stayed in a "Villa" which was attached to another unit which had 3 children. At times they were a little noisier than expected. It would have been nicer if we would have been in a separate cabin.

Property and accommodation was very well attended to including the excellent state of the cabin itself. Owners were very pleasant and friendly, making sure we were well satisfied. A definite "YES" to a return in the future.

We really had a great trip. We didn’t want to come home. The cottages are cozy. The only thing we thought is there isn’t enough seats in the sense of comfort. There is a love seat and kitchen chairs. If two people wanted to lay down, relax and watch a movie you can’t.

I stayed in #8. My only two small areas of feedback are: - The bathroom sink tap needed a new head because you would get soaked with spray from all angles every time you turned it on. - The couches could use some upholstery cleaning. They are very light in colour which is a challenge at best with guests coming and going. I ran out and purchased Lysol spray for the fabric and also placed a sheet on the couch to use it for the week.

My only suggestion: Our bedroom could use a few more hooks to hang clothing & knobs on dresser had some sharp decorative edges that pull fabric.

Excellent for kayaking. Very quiet. Friendly people. Owner Janet was great! fire pit is shared, barbecues, dock to dive off of, containers, plates & glasses & cleaning necessities supplied. very clean floors! Hair dryer, shampoo & conditioner was great! Mini Fireplace had great heat.

The view beautiful, our cottage was clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. And there were lots of activities to do on and off-site, including hiking, swimming, paddle boating, paddleboarding, badminton, and volleyball. The others guests were very courteous and friendly as well.

Beautiful spot. Comfortable, cute, clean cottage on Milford Bay. Great access to the water with lovely views. Very relaxing stay. Janet is very helpful.

The view from the villa was picturesque. Janet (property manager) remained accomodating to us during our stay. The paddle boats were a suitable touch for our family outing in Muskoka. Overall generous approach left a good overall impression.
