Our room and everything about our stay was first-rate. The B&B is located on a quiet street, with on-premises parking. The Tunnel Mountain trailhead, Bow River, and downtown are all within easy walking distance. We appreciated having sodas in the fridge by our room and other snacks downstairs. The hosts, Pete and Alex, were friendly and great sources of information and suggestions for our stay. (They also accommodated our very late arrival.) As others have said, the breakfasts, which were different each morning, were a highlight. Pete manned the front while Alex, daughter of a Banff chef, made good things happen in the kitchen. Everything was perfect and we would be delighted to stay here again.

Can’t think of anything I did not like.

It is a lovely house 5 minutes walk from the Banff town center, so you are very conveniently located for the restaurants and shops but in a quieter part of the small tourist town. The young couple who run it were so very hospitable. All the reviews rave about the breakfast and it is absolutely deserved: very creative and delicious. But it is the whole experience, with little details like amenities in the room, little snacks and tea/coffee available at any time, the lovely views of the mountain, the rooms with high ceilings and lots of light, the sandwich bags at breakfast in case you would like to make your own snack for later in the day, that makes staying here so very nice. Check in was very easy and smooth, and there is a dedicated parking at the back of the house. A very warm and welcoming place.

Location was excellent. A few blocks off Banff Ave. Very cosy room, very spacious bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional. Lots of attention to detail throughout the BNB. Loved everything.

This B&B is so well thought through through- no complaints. Perhaps access to a washing machine/dryer would have been useful for longer stays.

This is not just an accomodation, you can truly sense the care and love that has been put into the experience of staying in at this B&B. Perfect location, outstanding breakfast, the kindest hosts, great communication and most comfortable modern rooms. The adjacent parking was also a big bonus.

There was nothing we would change about our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful room, walkable to downtown and free onsite parking. More importantly, the hosts are just so kind and welcoming and have thought of everything to make your stay just perfect. The European style breakfasts (3 courses) exceeded our expectations each day! Our room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed, cozy stone fireplace and so many thoughtful amenities. Amazing B&B experience! We highly recommend staying here.

Amazing stay, best of our Canada roadtrip. Alexandra, her husband and Esther are the best hosts ever. The bed and the room were excellent and the breakfast was superb. 5min walk from Banff centre. Exceeded our expectations in all aspects. Warm and welcoming, yet quite and private. Perfect!

Everything about Thea’s house was perfect! The location was amazing - easy to walk everywhere, and also a free and convenient place to park on-property. The staff was welcoming and kind, offering their expertise and opinions on various hikes and activities. The food was delicious (3 course breakfast!). We will be recommending to all of our friends and family that they stay here on future trips to Banff.

It was a very welcoming place and the people were very helpful. My room was quite spacious and had everything I needed. I was able to walk downtown to look around and get something for dinner. The breakfast served was excellent. A very friendly owner. It was very nice to be able to use a bike that was on site to ride around to some of the nearby trails and was a nice extra touch.

Nothing to not like!

This place exceeded our expectations! Easy to find corner house, just 3 blocks away from downtown Banff! It's also close to Tunnel Mountain trailhead, just a block or two behind the house! Perfect location! Cute B&B house with 4 rooms felt like going to your grandma's house full of history, smell of fresh air and banana bread! Esther was an amazing host and she's even more amazing once you get to know her and her background. We stayed in Edith, our room name, and it was such a cute and cabin-esk setting. We had a king sized bed with wooden log frame, fireplace, small living area and balcony. Everything was upgraded and we felt very at home. The bed was really comfortable and the place was nice and toasty even with the balcony door open. The 3 course breakfast was out of this world! We were expecting your typical continental breakfast, but Esther knowing she owned a French restaurant for 36 years in Banff, she brought up the game in breakfast. We started off with coffee or tea, then your first course is a like muesli or grilled coconut banana orange salad, then comes a good size charcuterie board, AND THEN your main course! Whether it's poached egg on hash with smoked salmon or crème brulee French toast! It was beyond our expectation and if you don't finish your charcuterie, the table is equipped with small brown bags for you to create a sandwich or pack a snack for the day. No waste! Esther definitely gave me a different perspective on B&B! Hospitality and experience is key nowadays, in my opinion. For sure we will come back here when we visit Banff the next time!

The Breakfast was delicious and beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of work into it. The rooms were perfect, and clean. The location is right in Banff, we walked two minutes, and we were in town. I would definitely stay here again.
