It was very hot inside when we arrived and it took a bit of figuring out how to control the heat. The traffic was very noisy when the windows were open but nice and quiet with the windows closed. There were a few things missing in the kitchen such as dishtowels and dishcloths. Also there were no facecloths in the bathrooms. The coffee maker did not work well as the pot was too small and had to be held up in order to keep the coffee from overflowing. Need a new pot.

The location was great. It was easy to navigate from and easy to access. I loved the underground secure parking. The property was very clean and pretty well stocked with kitchen wares, dishes etc. The beds were very comfortable and it was great to have tv's in every bedroom. The entire unit was spotlessly clean!

The main bedroom got pretty drafty the first night due to the patio door being quite difficult to close properly, but once I was able to it sealed the room properly.

The townhouse feels luxurious walking in on marble floors, and is just as functional with a bar, electric fireplace and RGB lighting to fit whatever mood you're in. The first floor bedroom is accessible from the kitchen, and the two upstairs are just as nice, with the main bedroom having a bathroom and balcony.

I wished property owners places some morning coffee and tea supply. It was not an issue as grocery store is near by and we got it but just little hassle as had to go out before morning coffee.

Very minor details that would not affect my decision to come back again.. but, there was no conditioner or coffee provided. I know it’s not obligatory for hosts to provide these type of things but most places do, and it would have made our stay more comfortable. A few more towels would have been great.

The location was great! Parking was provided. The entire townhouse was very comfortable, clean, and modern. We really enjoyed our stay. Value was great.

the property is on a busy intersection, therefore it was very noisy and dusty. we couldn’t even go out to the patio to enjoy the weather. also the furnitures are too big for the space in living area.

Couldn’t turn off exterior bldg lights so primary bedroom was never dark. Property is on a busy street corner so could be noisy at times. Adding a clothes hook in the bathrooms would be helpful.

The apartment had everything you would need, it was extremely clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The check in process was very easy and the location was only 20 mins by car to the city or other places of interest around Vancouver.

the cleaner was very rude because we were 5 mins late. on our confirmation it says 9 to 9 30 and it was 9 35 am when she came to see us. I said give me 2 mins I’m feeding my baby. she already went to gossip with the owner. this was a let down

The noise level was really high. The huge trucks and busses was keep moving from early morning so it was very disturbing . The living area was very small and there was not enough room to stay together .

it's located just across the street ,its very accessible . Every thing was new and the apartment was sparkling clean .

The check-out time was 09:00, at least 2 hours then most short-term rental places. The coffee machine was very dirty full of mold. We needed to spend a lot of time to clean it before we could use it. There’s no dining table for us to feed our toddler. We needed to put her on the floor when we fed her. We needed to threw away all the garbage at the designated garbage bins outside the parking gate before checking-out, even though we’ve paid for $249.00 cleaning fee.

The underground secured parking with electric socket that we could slow-charge our electric car overnight.
