Noisey room heater, the breakfast supplied was lacking as most hotels are based on price,of the room, but passable.

I like it when a property has a restaurant/bar so after a long day of travel i dont have to venture far. It had just been renovated i was told, but decided to take in a local pub. The room was a bit outdated but comfortable the bed comfy. The staff was quite friendly and accomodating giving me a map for the best possible way to the room, regarding parking and such. I appreciate that. I request a ground floor most times as i have a lot of gear to transport from car to room. As it was low season and not many people checking in, it was nice and quiet.

Nice clean room, comfy bed - Everything we were looking for after a long day on the road as a pit stop for the night. Friendly and helpful check in staff. The included breakfast was good. Plenty of well lit and safe parking available.

Needs to be redecorated- rooms seem abit tired looking. Server at the restaurant definitely needs a helper. She was great but can’t do everything all by herself.

Location of hotel is wonderful. Close to downtown and the beach and parks. Hotel was clean but likely needs a decor overall- was a bit tired looking but great price. Breakfast was good although I felt badly for the one server who seemed to be doing everything and could definitely had an assistant. She was great but the hotel needs to give her help. Otherwise, the hotel is quite pleasant

It would be nice if the pool was heated,it was a very hot day but the pool was quite cold as the weather fluctuates alot.

My daughter and I spent one night(Sunday) the hotel was nice,clean, comfortable,friendly staff,huge outdoor pool with comfy chairs and lounges.Nice little exercise room.Close to all amenities and beaches and U.S border.Would definitely stay again.

breakfast took over two hours bc I guess the kitchen snd wait staff were understaffed? the food was great snd once we were spoken to after about half an hour, the communication was pleasant,

There was no where to gather inside as a family when it was too hot or getting dark unless we went to the restaurant and paid for food and drink to be able to gather. The hotel personnel didn’t permit us to use an indoor space (even though it wasn’t being used at the time)

We needed to change rooms twice. The original room was musty and had some ants (ground floor unit with outside door). The second room had a toilet that did not work. The staff were very accommodating in moving us quickly and eventually upgrading us due to the inconvenience.

That their keys on the door were not working. Someone had to bring us to our room every time we came back to our room. We didn't even get a discount or any bouns because of this awkwardness!
