The swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and restaurant are not functioning till December 3, 2023. This was not specified on the hotel's website, which was very disappointing, because I chose this place because of sauna. There is no compensation, they still charge you as if all facilities are working.

The location is excellent, close to good restaurants and amazing trails. The room was spacious and clean. Jacuzzi bath in the room worked well and was very relaxing. The room also has a great balcony which we couldn't open because of cold weather but I imagine how nice it must be in summer.

The staff at the front desk were not the most friendly but could have been a long day. Overall the rooms could do with some renovation as they are getting a little old but nothing major.

The room was very nice, clean and good facilities. Large enough for us and allow some privacy. The room was very warm and comfortable. The restaurant was very good with great service. Good location, as far away enough to be outside the noisy areas but close enough to walk to town.

Pool was nice and the little upstairs room was cute. Staff were friendly and gave good recommendations. TV didn't work but the maintenance staff came out promptly to rectify the situation.

We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities that were offered, especially the hot tub, steam room and sauna after a day of hiking in the cold!

The only thing I can think of that was a disappointment was that we weren't on the ground floor. However, there weren't that many stairs to climb.

We thought the suite was great and the food in the restaurant was good. All the staff we encountered were very helpul and friendly. That's it!

The mattress needed replacing. It was too soft. A dishwasher would have been more useful than the second TV in the bedroom. In such a large room, more surface area to prepare food would have been good.

We had a loft room with a kitchenette and a balcony. The room was spacious and we were very comfortable. We made use of the steam room, sauna and swimming pool, which were all good. Parking was easy and it was a short walk into town. I would return to this hotel. I appreciated the space in the room.

We had the Queen loft suite and the room was dated, the mattress was old and lumpy, and there was a lack of lighting in the closet near the bed.

Room was very clean, food and staff at the restaurant were lovely, so nice we went to the restaurant both nights we stayed there. There was a nice pool and jacuzzi, perfect after a long walk! Would recommend this hotel!

Living room side of the room was a bit dark, and bed was extremely soft which was not very comfortable when shared. Plumbing was very noisy to the point of interrupting sleep.

Reception staff less than friendly... who teaches these kids customer service these days.? Breakfast buffet was ok, but for the cost not really adequate. Tour-group hotel, so quite noisy in the morning.

Nice hotel, with clean, large rooms with comfortable beds. Even a balcony.! Nice landscaping and interiors. All the things one expects in a hotel with coffeemaker and such. Ate at the hotel restaurant and had a good meal with super friendly server, enjoyable.! Breakfast was less so...even for the 'senior' price it was only adequate. Over-all a very comfortable overnight stay.

The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We love the room’s small kitchenette, well stocked with cutlery and crockery. The beautiful garden view from our room window was a bonus. The location is great. It just 5 mins drive to the downtown area. The pool, hot tub and restaurant were just great. We had our dinner at The Inn Grill during the last night of our stay. The steak was fantastic.

Our room was located on the second floor and the stairs and stairwells hadn’t been cleaned for awhile. Gave kind of a shabby feel to the exterior. There were no disposable cups in the bathroom . An annoyingly bright light fixture was located just outside the bedroom window and made the room lesser than optimally darkened. The pool area had to be accessed by going outside and it was a cold trip, especially afterwards.

Very roomy, comfortable bed, fireplace with complimentary long burning energy log. Well equipped kitchen, nice newer shower. Nice pool and jacuzzi area.
