The room was a bit cold when I first got there, but heating was easy to figure out and worked fine. I did not like that I was in an attached room, I realize that is common, but I prefer not to be in them.

The hotel was good. My stay was very short. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and staff were great, very helpful, and accommodating. Coffee and a quick snack at my early am check out was very helpful. Thank you.

No grab bars in shower, even young people can easily loose their balance. Only 2 handicap parking spaces. Prices in the restaurant were way too expensive for the average person, especially 3 little old ladies.

The ease of location, right on the main street. Security. Staff was very professional. Easy check in process Room was immaculate.

BEDS - way to high for me and several others that I talked with. I had a very uncomfortable night since my body had to adjust after climbing into the bed each time I had to get up.

Nice hotel. Overpriced as they all are these days. Very good restaurant on premises. Extras - laundry, workout room, hot tub on premises. Unfortunately I didn't see this in the advertising so didn't bring bathing suite. Bathtub is a great feature.

There wasn’t a free breakfast which is unusual for a Best Western Plus. The hot tub was dirty, the beds were double not Queen. 2 adults in a double is not good.

It was right off the main road. Very clean. Free laundry, pleasant staff, bed was comfy.

Really poor soundproofing… we could hear every vehicle passing by and there is a very big factory beside it which made noises all night! On edge of Trail which has very little to offer. We were just using this as a stopover but expected a bit more from a Best Western Plus. I’d stop elsewhere next time.

It was clean and free coffee/ fruit at reception in the morning though as the rooms are quite expensive not really free!

The restaurant was closed so we couldn’t get breakfast. Shower pressure was weak. The coffee machine didn’t work, ended up leaking everywhere.

The restaurant was closed throughout our stay. What was even more disappointing was that, despite being asked if we wanted our rooms to be made up, nothing was done and housekeeping staff had left by mid afternoon.

The shower water pressure was a little underwhelming, and it never really got hot, but that may have been due to an issue with the faucet itself. It was really more of a minor inconvenience than a trip altering problem though. The rest of the room was great, and I would definitely stay here again.

The room was beautiful, and exactly as pictured, and the spa tub was absolutely divine. I had a bit of an issue with an MIA coffee maker the first morning, but the staff were incredibly helpful and sorted it out straight away.

Pulling out of the hotel into both ways of traffic to go to business district. This is NOT the hotels fault,but it is sketchy.
