I went in at 1pm said room is just being cleaned . Went shopping killing Time. Went back at 3 said room wasn't ready . I said ok ill go look elsewhere as I had my two dogs in car now 4 hrs driving then 2 more hours in dryden killing time . All of a sudden oh we canjust switch rooms , why not do that 2 hours earlier . That was my only disappointment in hotel

Ketchup packet on the floor behind the night stand. Room was dusty and smears on the coffee table. Shower spigot was held on by caulk. Popped off when transitioning to shower. Overall needs improvement. For the price we paid it was sub par. Over $200 with tax for one night during a road trip. The staff was very pleasant.

Skip the eggs bennidict breakfast though. Not terrible, not great. Hollandaise sauce was over thick, an odd colour, and salty (likely from a package). I imagine the standard breakfast is good. A lot of light bleed through the hallway door which is strange (around all sides). Couple sniffly servers in the restaurant. Normal for the time of year. Hard to keep people who need to feed their family home, but would be good to implement some prevention standards like masks to keep guests from getting a cold or flu at the worst possible time (while travelling long distances). Especially for food servers.

Restaurant is fantastic for dinner. Service excellent. Decent beer selection for a hotel. Restaurant almost made me take a rest day here just to stay for a couple more good meals. Sheets on bed are good. Not the ultra synthetic noisy / plasticy sheets so common in hotels these days. Heating was not terribly noisy but not quite. Looks like they had a hard working cleaning crew for rooms.

The sofa couch was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in the mattress. The poutine we ordered from the restaurant was extremely salty.

The proximity to the highway. The full-breakfast included with the reservation, the restaurant being attached to the hotel. The multiple guest access depending on the location of your room, making it easier to access the room.

Great hotel. Lots of facilities but not able to use them, we got in late and just wanted to sleep. Great that they had an EV charger. I was able to fully charge my car for the next day.

It's a clean and comfortable place to stay when traveling through Ontario. The motel is located on the main highway close to amenities and has an on-site restaurant that serves tasty meals. A full hot breakfast was included in our room rate.

Pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable and we lacked a proper blanket for it. Room was dated and the breakfast provided at front desk was not really good. Found it a bit expensive for what we got.

Location was great. Check in was smooth. New coffee machine in lobby was a plus.

I understand that there was some renovation/construction going on during my stay, but I notice that at least one of the workers was parked in the parking reserved for the clients, which would have been nice to have access to, but every spot was filled near the room I was assigned. It was not much of an inconvenience (I parked farther and not in front of my room) but I thought that if I am paying for my stay, I should be able to benefit from it, especially that I had to unload my car from lots of luggage. I did not say anything to the staff, but it was simply an observation.

My stay included breakfast which was delicious and I loved the fact that I could ask for any plate despite of the price (a la carte breakfast, not buffet).

We stayed in a pet friendly room that was at the back of the hotel. It had an outside and inside door to access the room, which was great for taking our dog out. The restaurant at the hotel was really good and the waitress was so nice. She helped us get some chicken for our picky eating dog. The hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant was backed up/under staffed again the hotel was at maximum capacity. But we waited over 30 mins for a coffee that never came. I left to pack and check out while my 3 guests stayed for food. They sat for over 2 hours before getting their food. They noticed other guests who got there after us, were served, received their food and left all before us. About 3 other tables. The waitress had no excuses and simply apologized.

Spacious rooms, the staff was friendly. They were full that weekend and had alot of colorful guests and they remained professional which is not always easy to do.
