The staff didn’t tell us that some of the cable tv stations were not working. I was looking forward to seeing the NFL game but that station was not working properly.

We love the country location where we can walk all around the property with our dog on a series of paths around a beautiful pond with views of the sleeping giant.

The rooms were small and out-of-date, particularly in comparison to the common areas. The room was too expensive for the level of accommodations. The pool and hot tub areas closed too early - we found ourselves cutting our other experiences short because the kids wanted to get back and use the pool, which was only open until 9 pm on Sunday night.

The common areas (lobby, conference rooms, pool/hot tub/sauna) were very nice and recently renovated/updated. The free breakfast was great, particularly being able to order off the menu in a sit-down restaurant rather than a conventional continental breakfast served in a breakfast room. The outside views were spectacular. There was a free EV charger, and we used it extensively for our Tesla.

For the amount we paid rooms were small and dated. I've paid a bit more for way better rooms downtown Toronto. If I didn't have to he there for a wedding, I would have chosen another hotel.

There were full service breakfasts included every day in a bright and cheery dining room. The view from our room was lovely, and the hotel was very quiet. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Great restaurant right across the highway.

dinner was disapointing, I had the steak salad. The description on the menu read better then what was presented. the steak was not hot, and had a cold grease after taste, with next to no goat cheese. The carrot cake was partially frozen also

The water in the hot tub seem to be very cloudy maybe because of the system that they use then I've been acquiring system may have been a saltwater system

Stayed here last year and this year we came with our dog. Staff is very nice and rooms all super nice and clean . Pet floor is the first floor which gave us access to a patio with lots of grass.

Vacuuming at 8:20am and lawn mowing at 8:30am… I was hoping to sleep in during my vacation, especially coming in from BC and trying to adjust to the time change.

1) No microwave in the room , very convenient . 2) we didn’t like that we had to pay normal prices for facilities that weren’t available to us . Our pricing should have been discounted or adjusted in someway

Excellent location, beautiful view of the mountains 3 minutes from the ski area. The hotel is beautiful , offers a lot in the way of facilities, ie. gym, swimming pool , restaurant ( even though closed due to COVID we could see these were well maintained and inviting for guests under normal conditions.
