The room, the tub didn’t drain, toilet wouldn’t flush, kids running all up and down the halls all hours. Service in restaurant was deplorable. We were ignored, multiple times, I had to physically get up and go ask for more water. Closed restaurant early, shut pool down. Breakfast, chef wouldn’t even acknowledge your presence for eggs, asked for water 3 times before actually getting it.

When we arrived to the hotel we were told that we were in the “annex” building behind the hotel . It’s a separate building from the main facility. You walk across the back courtyard to go to the main hotel for breakfast and using the pool . Being with 2 younger children , was a huge inconvenience. There was no locker room for the pool , so we had to carry all of our stuff in and out of the pool area , walk back across the courtyard when the kids wanted to swim . Yes a first world problem, but when you are paying a lot of money for the convenience of having a pool , it’s irritating . Also first thing in the morning to go ti breakfast. Once we got to our room we noticed immediately that our door lock was smashed , and our door was in the back away from the main hotel , so having a broken lock with children was a concern . We went to the front desk to ask for a different room and they could only offer a king room ( there was 4 of us ) or to fix the lock . They fixed the lock , but really , it should have been addressed before we got there . They also had a space heater running in the room on high , when we unplugged it the cord was super hot and I am sure a fire risk . We are booked again for another weekend for a ridiculously priced stay of $560 for 2 nights . Which I was told we would again be in the “annex” building. I booked these rooms back in Sept for Feb / march . What you get , for what you have to pay is absurd .

I was in room 116 and the tub leaks..so you couldn’t use it..I booked a king sz bed and got 2 queen…no power in the bathroom for hair dryer

They gave me a room in the motel like area in the back. I was a lone female and did not feel very safe back there. It was very dark and secluded. I did not feel comfortable using any of the other facility because I would have had to walk in the dark alone. I spent the night in my room with the doors locked

The location was good and the main building was nice. I wish I could have actually enjoyed it. Being a single female occupant in the facility they put me in the motel like building and I did not feel safe walking in the dark to go back to the main building to actually use any of the other benefits of the hotel like the pool or hot tub.

Carpet looked worn out in room. Window was small in room and had permanent blind in place to allow for privacy on ground floor. Breakfast lacked fresh fruit options.

This hotel is a must stay. From the moment my husband and I walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were going to have a great stay. The restaurant is a 5 star. The location is perfect 5 minutes from the mall and Walmart. We will definitely be staying here again.

Free electric vehicle charger was slow but we had all night. Food in the dining room was delicious and timely. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Free continental breakfast with an egg station where chefs prepared your omelets or eggs to your liking.

All staff-reception, housekeeping, restaurant greeted you with a genuine smile ,were courteous and always helpful. Was nice to have pool open early. Beds and room comfortable. Great breakfast, would have preferred bacon but that’s just my preference

We did not appreciate the strong odors of artificial fragrances in the room and the linens. It would be important to know that free and clear laundry products are used instead of fragrances. We suggest that restaurant staff refrain from spraying strong smelling cleaning products on the tables next to where guests are eating. Also, we do not understand why Best Western allows loud, noisy people to congregate on the back of the property where they smoke cigarettes and pot, drink alcohol and talk loudly below windows where guests are trying to sleep During our stay this behavior continued at least until midnight. Why can't management address this issue? These people clearly were not guests of the motel.

Clean room very comfortable beds and the breakfast was exceptional, all staff that I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. The two gentleman at the front desk in 5he morning were very polite and very happy to here how much we enjoyed our stay.
