Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaI stayed two nights (going and coming back from a trip). The second night/room had a very strongly perfumed cleaner/room spray used. (I would have asked to change rooms if it was earlier/I wasn’t exhausted. I thought it would dissipate, but didn’t.) This was very different from the first night I stayed when there was no scent. If you have allergies or scent sensitivities be sure to call ahead. The desk was definitely understaffed on the Sunday at check out. The desk clerk asked me to wait when I got to front of the line; he stated that he needed to call and order his breakfast because the restaurant was closing. The desk and lobby area were very busy and I felt badly for him. I tried to explain that the room scent was overly strong, but he didn’t understand what I meant, and thought I was concerned with the room rate, not the room spray. Lastly, my car window was smashed while parked on premise (along with several others) and the hotel didn’t offer any help. (They did tell me that it was just bad luck that there was no security on duty during the nights I was parked there; and that they didn’t contact me about it because they couldn’t find my details.)
Good location, prompt shuttle service to/from the airport. Shuttle driver was nice.

CanadaThe hotel lobby was very dirty, like it hadn't seen a mop in days. It was also very cold. The television in the room was very small, and the remote did not function properly. The channels were not clearly displayed, and the one's provided were severely inadequate. The exterior of the property was unappealing as a derelict vehicle and U-Haul trailer sat parked at the front entrance.

CanadaWell, we went to that hotel so we could get to the airport in good time for an early flight And ended up getting at wake up call at 0300, meaning a fire alarm waking us We got to front desk, guy working at desk visually distraught and didn’t know/have a copy of exits. We ended up taking the shuttle to airport... Not a great way to start holidays!!

CanadaIt isn't fair to use one hotel against another, but I have to compare the service at this one to that of the other hotels I've stayed in within that city. The service didn't reach up to the levels of the other hotels. No friendly greetings or smiles. Not to mention other inconveniences. They did try to fix an issue that occurred through no fault of mine.
I didn't eat breakfast there.

CanadaFirst night bed we were sleeping on had springs exposed on the sides, I had hurt my ankle while changing my socks because sides of bed had the metal frame protruding out. We were moved to another room and this room stung so bad our noses and throats hurt. It smelled like a party had happened there and the smell of cigarette was so strong even though I had notified the cleaning ladies and just requested them to spray it with air freshener but it didn’t work. Told front desk agent and all she said was that she was going to get maintenance to go check it out and that they probably have to charge either the ppl that are staying in the adjoining room or ppl that stayed there before us. I hope they don’t charge me because we are all non smokers.
Staff was good, it was clean and location was good.

CanadaThe prices on your snacks and drinks are ridiculously high. A cup of noodles was $4. 50, whereas a bigger cup of noodles at any store is 1. 25 or less. Very disappointed. Same with all other snacks and drinks. Also thrtevwas much confusion with thg he booking of my stay. For example Kamir at your front desk had fixed a mix up the light before with my arival, and had cancelkef an extra booking of a another room. Needless to say I arrived to no booking being made. And I was almost late for court downtown.

CanadaWhen I arrived I was asked foe a security payment of $50 even though I booked and paid online. When I checked out I was told my payment was declined and I needed to pay $124.84. Today my payment vis booking.com has come.out of my account and I ha e now paid a total of $299.30 for my stay. If this is what is going to happy i am going to not be using booking.com or staying at a Best Western Plus ever again. Regards Gwen.

CanadaThe jacuzzi in our room was so loud we couldn't hear our music, and our shower door wouldn't close. Breakfast voucher was $12, and it was ok, very basic. seems we could've got a Breakfast special somewhere else either cheaper or nicer for that price

CanadaSecurity: Thursday morning 8am there were drunks fighting in our hallway. We could not leave our room for over half hour, causing us to be delayed. The front desk/security did not answer. When we made a complaint they did not seem to care about the issue. The drunk guests showed up again during our stay.
