Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Canadafirst of all it was not clean at all, there were spiders in one of our rooms, when we talked to the reception, she replied now you got your room through booking, next time get it directly from us and we will give you some discount!!! in addition, when we were checking in, when 8 asked why is the charge on my credit card higher than what it shows on my booking confirmation, she told me to my face that we will keep this extra amount until you check out if you didn’t steal the TV or something we will return it!!! I understand the security deposit policy but seriously, what is this language!!!?

CanadaWe were given a room with a view of the hvac system on roof. We couldn’t see anything besides the unit and it made noise that kept us up all night. People above us were also jumping or we could hear banging around upstairs and that kept us up.

CanadaWe had a accessibility room. Beds were too high to get up into. Walk-in shower not available and it should be realized that when someone is in a wheelchair it is highly unlikely they can step into the tub for a tub/shower combination. TV remote not working. Called front desk and he said he would send someone…..I had to go to front desk half hour later and the person he had asked had not come so he had to leave and do himself. Pool and hot tub closed (we had been notified) however no adjusted in pricing.

CanadaFor it's price closer to $200 a night, I was expecting a very clean room specially its bed and bathroom. But was quite disappointed finding few hairs (close to dozen) in the bed and soap scum in the tub. Showed it to the f.o. but was just told he will tell it to the manager. So I just asked for clean beddings and I made our beds myself and scrub the tub with a towel.
