This place was very clean, modern, smelled good, location was awesome. We could see the sunset from the window. The lady at the front (Jan, I think) was very friendly and had great communication.

The only downfall for this place is when you are on the roadside of the building, it’s a bit noisy from the traffic. You really can only hear it when your out on the deck though.

This place is deceiving. From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but inside is great! We were pleasantly surprised. It’s like a small apartment. Cute kitchen. Great bathroom! Great location! Very clean! And Very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Next time we would try to get a room on the other side of the building facing the ocean😁

The Ocean View King Suite was stunning. It's a generous size, tastefully decorated with a beautiful ocean view. The sunsets were spectacular.

The rooms were modern and spacey. Very comfortable and self contained. We liked to balcony to dry some of our clothes/gear. We loved the jacuzzi. We used this accommodation as a "base camp" for our various trips (3 day Kayak trip and 3 day hiking along Sunshine Coast trail). So we stayed here 3 times in one week. This is the 2nd year in a row that we have come and both years the accomodation was awesome.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated being central to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries, and to numerous walking paths on the water. Our suite was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable. Thank you for providing a warm atmosphere.

There was no one at the reception on Sunday. You need a code to open a key box. It took us a little bit time to find the room and the key box.

The room was okay for one night. Next to the accommodation we went to an excellent restaurant. Definitely try it out.

They sent me an email about checking in, which was sent to me around 2:00pm the same day of arriving. I did not get the email until I go home. Would be better if the message was sent a day or so before the arrival date.

No elevator. The wifi never worked and the alternatives given on the instructions were not available. I needed to do some work so this ordinarily wouldn’t have been an issue but on this day it was. Air conditioning shut off when someone in another unit changed the settings.

How spacious it was, the couch and bed were very comfortable. The private deck to watch the sun set was beautiful.

The property has changed hands since the last time we stayed. The new owner needs to pay attention and take action to improve the housekeeping. The windows were filthy. There was dust and cobwebs in many areas of the interior...most noticeable above the bathroom mirror...this evidence begs the question regarding overall cleanliness and sanitation.it's a great pity about this issue since it is a killer for the business once word gets around.It's an easy issue to fix...so do it

The amenities are good. The view from the room of the harbour and over Malaspina Straight to Vancouver Island and the mountains was spectacular.The location, close walking distance to some good restaurants is very good.

It allows to book the suite for 4 people, but the dining area is only set for two people. We traveled with the kids, and it was inconvenient to have your meal in turns.

The ferry got us there after business hours and check in was awkward. Our room was misrepresented either by Booking.com or the property. It was not a good value for the price. I really would have liked a microwave since there was no breakfast on site.

Finding your way In wasn’t that easy somehow it didn’t look like a hotel we ended up on the spa section where we were kindly asked to be quiet. A room above on arrival had young people hanging over the balcony with loud music playing not a good first impression.

The most unfriendly service given by Angela at the front reception. We will never go back to this place as a result. She was rude and condescending -- this woman should not be in the hospitality industry.

parking at back led to hauling our stuff up a lot of steep stairs. can park on street to avoid but there was no room. Front desk person was pretty clueless when asked how to turn off the heat in the room. She said read the wall which said if we tried to adjust the temp it would disable everyones temp control but to do it. Thus no temp control and no one came to fix it. when asked how long a drive it would be to the Saltery ferry she said “ depends how fast you are going” and no other info. not helpful.
