At night I heard one of the other guests arrive and use the bathroom which was located just outside our room. While we felt that they were a safe person/traveller, it would feel more secure to either have a metal door or some more door security than just a wooden interior door locked with a key.

Access to the kitchen and bathroom were excellent. The room was clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Super great access to the metro station in order to get downtown quickly.

Not a total deal breaker but you do have to share a bathroom so the morning rush to shower before the other guests could be a toss up lol. I did know this beforehand and sacrificed for the really great price. The lock mechanisms for the main doors are a bit of a learning curve.

Overall, my stay was pretty great! I was pleasantly surprised by the large size of the room. Plus the slippers provided were super comfortable and a nice touch. Great value for money as well. The host was super friendly and showed me around to everything I needed. The shower had good water pressure and the kitchen was fully stocked with spices, condiments, tea, coffee and more.

Only provided one towel. No hand towel or wash cloth. I asked for an extra towel and was given one right away. Tub was very grimy/dirty. Power outlets are very old so things don’t stay plugged in which was frustrating. Maybe a power bar could help. No fault of owner but one guest had a very early start and slept thru their very loud alarm each morning so I only stayed two of three nights.

Peter was extremely helpful. Property is located at the heart of Montreal, restaurant and transportation services are available which makes it easy. The best part of this property is free parking. Peter made sure that all instructions were provided before hand and it was clean and cozy. Kitchen had all the amenities you need to make some quick pre meals. Overall value for money. Would definitely use this property again if I ever visit Montreal. Thanks Peter for your hospitality! :)

Place was great, very clean, near restaurants, supermarkets, metro station and only 10 minutes from airport by car, 15 minutes from downtown by subway and host was very responsive. It’s a shared apt but had more than enough privacy. Thank you Peter !

Very responsible, friendly and super good price. The place is great. You gave your own very big private bedroom. Also, I felt safe while staying there. All the appliances working. It has a wonderful shower and the check in and check out went smoothly. Also, the location is a plus. There is a subway station close to the house, a lot of restaurants, supermarkets and for the ones with electric cars, there is a recharge station 1 block from the house. The bed is great, the closet is also great. Nothing to complain at all. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to spend one or some days in Montreal. Thanks Peter !
