Spacious and clean room. It was very comfortable. The hotel had good and secure parking, at $30 per day. The hotel breakfast had good variety, with some local and some traditional choices. Walking distance to many restaurants, very close to Rogers Arena, and close to Stanley Park with transportation. Very nice hotel, but downtown YVR prices.

No room service. Limited but good breakfast menu. Best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had, however hubby did not recommend the omelette.

Steps away from BC Place. Clean modern facility. Our room had a balcony with table and chairs as well and we enjoyed sitting out there and enjoying the sun.

The bath and shower was difficult to use. The plug in the bath leaked water out and couldn’t get shower to work.

I wasn’t aware we asked for a quiet room. We enjoyed being upgraded to the suite. Loved having the pool and spa down the corridor. We were very comfortable and enjoyed staying there. Convenience and location was great.

We ended up near an elevator and ice machine and could hear it. Was weird that there were no paper cups so one could use the nespresso and take a coffee to go.

The rooms could be a little more sound proof. There is a gap under the door that allows light in as well as noise from the hallway.

My favourite hotel! Beds and pillows are super comfortable. Room amenities including Nespresso machine, slippers and robes. Generously sized TV. Complimentary parking for our EV vehicle.

Would have been good to have an extra chair in the bedroom as one of us had to lie on the bed if we were relaxing in the bedroom, which is ok but would have been better with 2 chairs. Suggest fitting a towel rack to hang the wet towels so that we could use them again. We ended up having fresh ones each day.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The bedroom was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was good size. Had breakfast twice during our stay which was scrumptious and presented beautifully. We made use of the pool and sauna a couple of times, and I used the gym each day for stretching and there were yoga mats to use. The hotel even had complimentary electric bikes which we used one morning!

No closet. But the drawers are big and deep though so you can fit a lot. There’s also a place to hang clothes and hangers are provided.

Location is close to food, shops, public transportation and somewhat safer for children/families (e.g. less homeless or junkies in the streets as Downtown or Chinatown areas). Room and bathroom are clean. Mattress, bedding and pillows are comfortable, fluffy. Staff (reception, porter, housekeeping) are friendly and helpful. Water is also provided where the ice machine is so it’s handy to fill up water bottles. TV, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge are all in good physical condition and well working order. Safe is a really good size.

No lobby bar or lounge area to sit in the evening. Can get noisy when a game is on.

Location to stadium and false creek. Microwave in room so you can reheat food if required.

Nothing...couldn't fault it

Staff were exceptional, so very helpful. Always a cheery good morning from all staff from those cleaning your room to the front desk staff. Excellent free use of bikes for up to 4hrs and the gym and small pool were a great addition.
