Parking was easy, which is amazing for this downtown location, (although it was an extra $30/day), lobby & staff were very welcoming, and the room was awesome - King Room with free upgrade for the balcony. Great kitchenette area with wine glasses & Nescafé! Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back. Right next to all events at BC Place!

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel. We were visiting for our honeymoon and they made our stay extremely special- just want to say a huge thank you for this. The hotel is also great in terms of amenities, the gym, sauna, pool, laundry service are all amazing. It is also in a great location and is always clean. I would 100% return to stay here again and would really recommend it. The staff go over and above to help you too.

The pillows are not very good (for us). Our family prefers a firm, flat pillow like a memory foam so it is difficult to adjust to

Hotel Blu is always very clean and the staff are so friendly/helpful. We love the location of the hotel, close to the libaray and Cafe Medina, a quick walk to anywhere you need (Gastown/Waterfront). A cab ride to Granville Island is cheap. This year we used the pool/hot tub/sauna and it was quiet/comfortable/clean.

Parking was $30 but it’s downtown so I let that go. One of the side tables had a charging outlets and USB port that did not work. I informed staff and they were willing to deal with it as soon as we needed them to

I had an exceptional experience at Hotel Blu. The staff was really nice and I was also allowed me to check in early after a tiring early flight, ensuring I got the rest I needed. The room was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, and the comfortable bed added to the overall satisfaction. The hotel's impressive facilities, including the pool and gym, provided a delightful and relaxing stay. Five stars well-deserved for the excellent service and amenities!

We were upgraded to a loft room after I requested a bathtub, the staff were very nice and super helpful. There is a good swimming pool, very good hottub, and very good sauna. The exercise room is also very good. The location is excellent, cafes all around, and a short walk to downtown and everywhere in downtown Vancouver. I did not have breakfast in the hotel as there are so many places nearby to go to.

The staff and rooms are so nice. They leave a card with your name to welcome you to the hotel which is so nice. They also come around for any hygiene or extra coffee pods needed. The shower is incredible They also connect with you for anything needed through text which makes it easy to communicate

We loved it! Hotel had everything we needed, and then some! The rooms are clean, stocked and comfortable. The gym has Pelaton bikes!! And we were the only ones using the hot tub and sauna at night! The front desk was super helpful, they rent out complimentary e bikes, and there’s fresh fruit and infused water in various places for easy grabbing. Great breakfast and perfect location! We will definitely be back!!

Some of the furniture could use a little love/makeover. I didn't care but couldn't help but notice.

The staff was exceptional. They were attentive and friendly always looking to make sure you were happy. I had a work event at the parq and this was a very short walk to the venue as well and had a couple of great coffee shops on the way. When we wrapped up, it was maybe a fifteen to twenty minute walk to Gastown. The room itself was clean, quiet and well equipped with everything I might need, and the bed was quite comfortable.

I don't think anything could've been better.

Beautiful, everything was so organized and clean. I loved the layout of the rooms! The staff was beyond excellent and treated us very nice. They even helped us out with a later checkout and were super nice about it!
