I could not fault anything regarding the stay even with the early morning false fire and evacuation alarm.

Our room with 2 queen beds was very spacious, very clean and well maintained. The staff were very warm and cooperative. The pool was huge but the spa room was closed for maintenance. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing to dislike.

It was our first time here and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many aspects. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. The restroom was well designed and spotless clean. The common usage areas like the pool, laundry, gym are very accessible and well maintained. It has good proximity to the touristy areas like the Canada Place and Gastown. Overall our stay here was very comfy.

2nd night noisy children in the hallway and room nearby with their tv turned up loudly.

Friendly, helpful staff. Water and apples available in the lobby. Coffee pods and maker; tea and teapot; refrigerator and microwave in our room. Beautiful pool and nice workout area and equipment. Complementary wash & dryer available for use.

the only issue we had in the loft room 207 was that the loft was exceedingly warm. we had the thermostat of cool set to 60 and the room was consistently registered at 75 on the downstairs thermostate , no doubt several degrees warmer upstairs

The fact there was a glass separating the bathroom and bedroom. There was of course a roll down curtain for privacy but it felt uncomfortable for us.

Room was quiet, beds very comfortable and everything was clean and spacious. Easy access to Hop On Hop Off, which we always take advantage in every city we visit.

The bed in this room was not the most comfortable, kinda sank in in the middle, but after a night out at a concert it didn't bother us too much.

Everything.....this place is great! Whenever we go to a Canucks game, Whitecaps game or concert we try to stay here. Walking distance to everything. The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and rooms are really nice. We had to wait a tiny bit for our room to be ready this time around, as it was a busy weekend downtown Vancouver, and they upgraded us by surprise! We highly recommend this hotel!

I wish the bathroom was little bit bigger and there was a light near the mirror in the hallway between the bathroom and room.

Our room was by the elevator, so we heard every conversation other guests held outside our door. Disruptive to sleep at 1am.

The hotel is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the cruise terminal and Pacific Centre Train Station are a quick taxi or Uber ride away. Rooms are very well appointed with mini fridge, microwave, Espresso machine, electric kettle, and Elemis bathroom products. We arrived early, and staff stored our luggage and texted us 90 minutes later when our room was ready. Being there 6 hours before official check-in, we really appreciated being able to get to our room so early at no additional cost.

Spacious and clean room. It was very comfortable. The hotel had good and secure parking, at $30 per day. The hotel breakfast had good variety, with some local and some traditional choices. Walking distance to many restaurants, very close to Rogers Arena, and close to Stanley Park with transportation. Very nice hotel, but downtown YVR prices.
