The stairs to the second floor rooms were a little difficult for my wife. Since we were staying three nights, our host was able to provide the main floor room, and we thank her so much for that.

The Blue Gables B&B is a real gem. The facilities, the rooms, the breakfast, the location and the hosts made our three-night stay one of the best experiences we have had, anywhere.

Blue Gables is like a home away from home. The owners provide an amazing service and they are willing to help with anything you need. The property is beautiful, well equipped and strategically located. Without a doubt, we will be visiting Blue Gables again!

It's not a negative side, but house is around 20 minutes away walk from downtown Niagara and all attractions. Good that there's not many people out there, but if you prefer exploring places by feet - prepares some comfortable footwear ))

This hotel is actually very lovely and very cozy house with only 4 rooms in it. I believe each has it's own bathroom (our had one) and there's a shared space on 2nd floor with fridge, cooler with water, microwave and coffee machine to get some snacks. The breakfast is awesome, beautifully served, and it's A LOT! Lee is wonderful host.

Lovely little B&B in a quiet area of the town. Room was cosy and really nicely decorated. Breakfast was incredible! The owner was very nice and very accommodating when we were delayed and arrived very late. Would recommend.

The only uncomfortable point I would note is the door to the ensuite bathroom had a clear glass window so when the bathroom is in use, others in the room can see directly into the bathroom. It would have been nice to have curtains or blinds on the door for privacy. All the rooms may not have this issue for the bathroom and it may have just been the room we stayed in.

The lovely woman who ran the B&B was extremely kind and flexible in allowing us to park our vehicle prior to check-in. The room was cozy and comfortable and not to mention the incredible breakfast that left us completely satisfied! A very nice stroll to Niagara Falls (all walkable). Highly recommend this place and would return again! Especially loved supporting the kind owners.

Couldn’t get the wifi password to work. We only stayed one night so not a problem. If we were longer I simply would have asked our host for help since she was lovely.

The stay was perfect. The B&B is very cosy, quiet, and charming. The owner was very lovely and breakfast made just for us was huge and delicious. Walking distance to the city center and 10 min walk from train station

It was almost perfect! The only thing was that my partner who is 5'11 was taller than the shower head, but this was not a major issue. It was a bit cold in the basement at first but the heater provided in the room warmed things up very quickly.

The house was clean and well-maintained, the decorations were charming and romantic, and the location and free parking were very convenient. The room had everything you would need and more - plenty of towels, toiletries (including bubble bath soap for the hot tub), a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, as well as wine glasses for a nice touch. The host was very friendly and breakfast was phenomenal - eggs, beans, sausage, bacon, toast, orange juice, coffee/tea, oatmeal cookies and banana bread, fruit and yogurt. The room was private and quiet, with a private entrance, en-suite bathroom and hot tub.

Perhaps don't choose the Victorian Room if you are bathroom shy. Me and my partner got over hearing into the bathroom pretty quickly and it didn't personally retract from the experience, but if you are sensitive to that heads up :P.

Convenient neighborhood location to niagara falls, very quiet but in close proximity to exploration! Host and breakfast were lovely. The room was spacious and our stay had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend getaway.

This was my first time coming to a Bed & Breakfast with my girlfriend and it definitely exceeded all expectations. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. She made us a wonderful breakfast in the morning! The room was nice and tidy and the bed was very comfy. I would definitely recommend Blue Gables to anyone. Very nice experience!
